Bugsy is able to eat nearly anything. After he eats something, his belly inflates and his bellybutton pokes out. He can press his bellybutton inward to spit out a random attack at his opponents. Can eat screws and drink from pinecones to regain stamina and health), Ice Manipulation (He can belch up an ice shard to freeze his enemy.), Limited Attack Reflection (Via the nature of his ability he can eat attacks and spit them back out essentially reflecting them) Regeneration (High-Low. Characters regenerate after winning a battle. Giovannia could regenerate back his broken bones), possibly Immortality (Type 6. Mera's bones breaking were viewed as -1 damage this doesn't only apply to Mera as she broke Sylvie's ribs)
