Originally incarcerated for repeated offenses of defrauding the Nevada Gaming Commission, he was transferred to Foundation custody and discovered to have unusual effects on chance and probability around him. He later became involved with Site-666 and its operations in Las Vegas, where he faced off against supernatural entities and other probability manipulators.

Notable Techniques
Probability Alteration: SCP-181 unconsciously alters probability in his vicinity, causing highly improbable events to occur in his favor. This has allowed him to:
Luck Absorption: SCP-181 can absorb luck from those around him, including from entities with luck-based powers. This allows him to:
Improvised Combat: SCP-181 has shown the ability to effectively use improvised weapons and tactics in combat situations against supernatural entities. Examples include:
Strategic Manipulation: SCP-181 can use his understanding of probability and luck to manipulate situations and opponents, as demonstrated in his confrontations with POI-777 and ₦emonø. This includes:
Other
Standard Tactics: SCP-181 combines his luck-altering abilities with quick thinking and improvisation in both gambling and combat situations. He has shown the ability to strategically use his powers against other luck-based entities and can effectively fight when necessary.
