• Heat Manipulation or Ice Manipulation: Shown here
• Transmutation: Can transform molecules into anything he wishes. Can turn people into dolls. Turned the Impossible Man into a toy. Can transform air into water. Can convert matter into energy
• Forcefield Creation: Can create forcefields from the molecules in the air. Can create barries. For reference not even the combined effort of Iron Man, Thor and Silver Surfer could break his barries
• Air Manipulation: In the scans above, plus this
• Earth Manipulation: Can manipulate the molecules in the earth to create obstacles

• BFR (Type 1): Teleported Osborn to another place. Teleported himself and Doom to the Beyonder Realm

• Cosmic Awareness: He could sense The Watcher's presence, who was in another plane. He can sense and feel the entire cosmos throughout the Multiverse

• Space-Time Manipulation: Can turn space and time around to see past events...somehow

• Pseudo-Intangibility: Can phase and/or pass through matter

• Mind Manipulation: Can reaarange the molecules in the brain of others, incapping them

• Time Travel: Can travel to the past

• Time Paradox Immunity (Type 2): The molecule men of the past resides in different timelines

• I dont know what this is: He is the same across all of space and time and timelines

Resistances

Resistance to Mind Manipulation: The Beyonder can mindhax everyone with the exception of Molecule Man as seen and explained here

Key Additions

He only has one key atm which when he absorbed the powers of the beyonders. Well, that is correct but he wasnt always like that. You guys can guess from the scans above that before all of that he was still a normal human being physically. Heck, a punch from a normal human can break his nose, and Captain America KO'd him with a casual punch. Furthermore, the official Marvel databook states that he is physically a normal human and doesnt have any athletic or fighting skills. Therefore, he is a 10-B with broken powers.

Additionally, he gets three keys: Pre-Retcon (Sealed) | Pre-Retcon (Unrestricted) | Post-Retcon

In the first key he has Low 2-C, likely 2-A powers since The Watcher stated that he could easily destroy universes, and was also a threat to the entire multiverse. He later fought against the beyonder again and even managed to defeat him

In the second key he has 1-A powers since his seal was lifted by Doom, and thus being capable of clashing and damaging the likes of Beyonder (Pre-Retcon) and others from the Beyond race. Was also stated to be stronger than all beings in the Multiverse, including Living Tribunal

The third key is straight up 1-A for the reasons already given in the profile.
