Background

Feitan Portor (フェイタン゠ポートオ, Feitan Pōtoo) is member #2 of the Phantom Troupe, an infamous gang of thieves with class-A bounties. After defeating Zazan, Feitan became the de facto leader of the Phantom Troupe until Chrollo's return.

Combat Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Superior to Chimera Ant arc-Gon, who could punch a chimera ant into another country at these speeds. Comparable to, if not, faster than, Uvogin, who could contend with Kurapika, who's fast enough to dodge his rocks, which he throws this fast)

Reaction Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Reacted to two automatic guns. Can react to Zazan, who should be comparable to, but slower than Cheetu, who could react to bullets this fast)

The more damage Feitan takes, the stronger it is. Standard Tactics: Feitan rarely uses his full strength and will rely on quickly killing his opponent with his immense speed and agility. If he is pushed further enough in a fight and takes enough damage, he will grow angry, which will conjure Pain Packer to protect him from Rising Sun, which is powered by all the pain he endured during the fight.

Weaknesses: Pain Packer requires damage to be dealt to Feitan. Zetsu involves keeping one’s aura exclusively in the body, it makes a Nen user more vulnerable to physical and Nen attacks, because one doesn’t have any aura on the outside of one’s body to protect oneself.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:   Nen: Nen is a technique that allows a living being to use and manipulate their own life energy which one can craft a great variety of para-psychological abilities. Feitan is a transmuter and can use the basic and advanced techniques of Nen.

• Pain Packer (許されざる者パインパッカー Unforgiven): Activated by Feitan's rage; he seemingly only uses it when angered. Phinks implies that there are numerous forms of Pain Packer. Feitan uses his aura to conjure a protective armor around himself. This armor can completely protect him from the effects of the following technique.
• Rising Sun (太陽に灼かれてライジングサン Burnt by the Sun): Feitan transmutes his aura into scorching heat, its power depending on the pain and injuries inflicted to him in battle. The ability is manifested through emitting a ball of aura into the air, which then transforms into a miniature sun that burns the victim to death; the more damage received, the hotter the fire, and the longer it will burn
