Phantom BB will sometimes appear in Hall (CAM 01), Hall (CAM 07), Hall (CAM 09), and Hall (CAM 10) and block its view. If the player does not switch cameras or lower the monitor, Phantom Balloon Boy will appear in front of the player in The Office and jumpscare the player as soon as the Monitor is forced to be lowered.

Background
Phantom Balloon Boy is one of the secondary antagonists and six phantom animatronics who first appeared in Five Nights at Freddy's 3. He is a hallucination of a burnt and damaged Balloon Boy.
Physical Appearance
Phantom BB has, essentially, the same model as BB from the second game, but he lacks eyes and has two white buttons (like in the Office in the second game, although that this could also be an error in lighting). He instead has small, glowing, white pupils similar to Springtrap and the other phantoms and is missing both his "Balloons!" sign and balloon. His rosy cheeks appear to be colored in deep green. Phantom BB appears to be charred or burnt, possibly foreshadowing the torching of the attraction.
In Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted, Phantom Freddy sports a completely different look. He now uses Classic Freddy's model from the original Five Nights at Freddy's albeit transparent in places, revealing the endoskeleton underneath. He also appears to be damaged somewhat, with tears in his costume.

Powers and Techniques
Supernatural Protection & Resurrection (Phantom Balloon Boy can be killed by the Death Coin, but come back due to always being revived by The One You Shouldn't Have Killed), Body Control (Animatronics are able to be dismantled, such as Mangle and move around despite that), Enhanced Senses (Can see and move around in the dark), Stealth Mastery (All animatronics are capable of hiding within the cameras, requiring the night guard to use the technology of the building to find them. Can quickly leave out of sight once a room goes dark), Inorganic Physiology (Non-living Object), Self-Sustenance (Respiratory Self-Sustenance, Nutritional Self-Sustenance, & Restful Self-Sustenance), Invisibility (Can turn invisible via cloaking), Illusion Creation (The animatronics at times can make the building change), Passive Technological Manipulation (An animatronic's mere appearance causes the technology to flicker and turn off, all animatronics upon entering a room causes the camera to go static. Phantoms cause the ventilation and other technology to malfunction upon jumpscares), Teleportation (Phantoms can teleport upon seeing them), Intangibility (Due to being a phantom illusion).
Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Every animatronic in Pizzeria Simulator can be shocked without much damage. Sister Location animatronics can take controlled shocks)
Equipment
Nothing Notable
Other
Similar to his behavior in the third game, Phantom BB will appear on the monitor screen at random. Due to this, quickly changing cameras or closing the monitor will prevent him from jumpscaring the player. Getting jumpscared by Phantom BB will cause a temporary black-out in the process.
Weaknesses: Nothing notable.
Note: This version of Phantom Balloon Boy is primarily using Ultimate Custom Night as its basis due to its appearance in FNaF 3 is only an illusion, whereas this one appears to be a creation due to being both made by Golden Freddy and can be summoned by Dee Dee.
