[#86]

This is the redux of a match from nearly a decade ago made on an old defunct wiki that I used to own. Back then it was inconclusive and I don't even remember the reason why, now it's time to see how it would work here!

Scenario: Beerus is told by the Oracle Fish of a power that rivals a god of destructions Energy of Destruction, he goes to see if the rumors are true by entering the Scarlet Devil Mansion and meeting the Devil's Sister.

Beerus

vs.

Flandre Scarlet

Would Beerus stand a chance? I don't think so, because no one in Dragon Ball can dodge attacks with a massive number of bullets.

The fact that Flan is the only one not taking the fight seriously doesn't bode well for her. Hakai would catch her completely off-guard if she's only expecting a spell card duel.

Hakai is an issue for Flan but as brought up in Beerus vs Supes, not only does Beerus not instantly lead with hakai, especially if the opponent is an interesting match for him, but he also needs to hold Flan down to use hakai.

There's also the issue as shown with characters like Zamasu, that hakai can be reacted to either by moving someone in the way like Zamasu did or if Flandere wanted to, dispersing into a group of bats. If he at all tries to use hakai energy attacks instead of the standard one too then he'd struggle with the fact that Flandre will use her destroy ability on energy attacks even in spell card rules.

On top of this, Beerus himself still needs to get around the massive danmaku attacks Flandre is throwing at him and if he at all makes it realized for Flan that this is not a spell card duel that could also be a threat to him as that would mean she would need the take the battle seriously and instantly go for a destroy.

I think Beerus would end up getting overwhelmed with the amount of attacks coming his way. Dragon Ball ki volleys have nothing on the amount of attacks done in Touhou, and considering she would believe this is Spell Card rules, she's going to lean into this one heavily, thus causing his demise.
