Lastly, when a character enters a new universe, it causes the world of Remnant to corrupt and absorb the new world. It was also stated that it changes the new universes' laws to be more like Remnant. This was stated by Salem when Gotham started to turn more and more like Remnant. The characters are also able to corrupt entire area's and people by simply being near them. This was shown when the Grimm were able to corrupt Batman's technology during their fight. Team RWBY was also able to corrupt the Batcave so that it couldn't run on electricity any longer, instead needing dust in order to function)
Resistance to Heat Manipulation and Cold Manipulation (In Volume 7 of the show, it was stated that Aura protects users from extreme cold or heat while it is still active. This is mainly why the main cast don't need to wear winter clothing in Sub-zero temperatures), Empathic Manipulation (Ruby and Maria were less effected by the Apathy Grimm's influence to make a person not care to do anything to the point that they don't want to breathe anymore. This also makes the person give up as well. This is best seem when Ruby was able to fight with Qrow against Tyrian and didn't get incapacitated by his Semblance), Transmutation (Characters in RWBY are able to use their Aura to passively turn their bodies back to normal. Neptune was turned into gold while his Aura was destroyed and when his Aura regenerated, he was able to turn back to normal), Possession (RWBY characters with a strong Aura are not able to be possessed by the Chill and the Geist Grimm. It was able to corrupt and possess characters without Aura. The Giest Grimm can do a similar thing as well.
