Lex Lugor is a minor antagonist in Buggerworld. He was the most feared outlaw in anarchy world. Upon Rabid Dog disturbing him in the bar, He attempted to shoot him with a peashooter with an Advanced A.I bullet until the bullet ultimately betrayed him. Lex Lugor stayed unphased, summoning his goons to face Rabid Dog and Bullet.
