Journey of the Prairie King is a top-down shooter minigame that can be played on one of the arcade machines in The Stardrop Saloon. Based on a real-life character, it follows the story of “The Prairie King” in his quest to retrieve the “Pure Heart”.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Expert Marksmanship, Limited Explosion Manipulation (His gun fires with enough force to shatter and explode anything it hits), Resurrection and Immortality Negation (Type 7. Can kill undead mummies with his regular attacks)

Statistics Amplification (Various power-ups increase the sheriff's power, movement speed and rate of fire), Danmaku (Can fire various different spread-shots with certain power-ups in rapid succession), One Hit Kill (“Screen Nuke” kills everything on screen, can kill on contact when transformed, after using the “Tombstone”), Fear Manipulation and Immortality (Type 7. Turns the sheriff into a zombie, causing enemies to flee out of fear), Limited Electricity Manipulation and possible Blessing (Summons a bolt of lightning when activating the “Tombstone” power-up, which is implied to be the doing of Yoba), Invisibility and Teleportation (“Smoke-Bombs” allow the sheriff to teleport in a random location and become completely invisible to other enemies for a short time)
