Background

Steve and Alex are the main protagonists of Minecraft and are the default character skins of the game. They are challenged to use their world's resources to build shelter, find food, and craft tools to help them survive and fight off hostile mobs across the world and eventually the Ender Dragon.

Can self-heal from heavy damage including arrow wounds), Resurrection (Can respawn after death), Resistance to Extreme Heat (Can stand near pools of lava and the Nether), Minor Poison Manipulation (Can't die to poison no matter how long it's active in Steve or Alex), and High Pain Tolerance (Can still act perfectly normal with just half a heart left and with several arrows in their body)

All previous abilities, Explosion Manipulation (Has access to TNT blocks and fireworks), Limited Flight (Can glide with the Elytra. Can gain more acceleration overtime and with fireworks), Limited Portal Creation (Can create a portal to the Nether), Statistics Amplification (The Potion of Strength increases their strength, while the Potion of Swiftness increases their speed), Statistics Reduction (Potion of Weakness makes attacks weaker and Potion of Slowness makes the user slower), Life Manipulation (Can give life to blocks so an Iron Golem or a Snow Golem spawn), Invisibility (Can make themselves invisible with the invisibility potion), Self-Sustenance (Type 1. Weaknesses: If Steve or Alex are hungry, they are vulnerable in combat and cannot self-heal. Armor has a "toughness" factor that determines what amount of damage can be reduced per hit. If lowered, the incoming attack will hit with more power, thus causing more overall damage to Steve/Alex.

Note: Do not attempt to upgrade Steve to 2-C to 1-C based off of the end poem. The end poem has been directly confirmed to be metaphorical and not an actual addition to the Minecraft lore with beings such as The Entities never being referenced again and the very author of the poem himself saying this is merely a metaphorical journey. Even if we were to assume this is legitimate, this would mean that Minecraft is completely featless as it's just a regular dream.
