Background

Splendid (Originally listed as Splendid The Flying Squirrel) is one of the main characters of Happy Tree Friends, and its spin-off series, Ka-Pow! He is a pastiche of Superman and the Happy Tree Friends local superhero. However, he actually finds being a superhero to be a pain. Though he feels compelled to help the citizens, he often looks out for himself above all else. His secret identity works at the Daily Acorn.
