Knox

Background

Knox is a cranky chicken villager in the Animal Crossing series. He first appeared in Animal Crossing: City Folk and has appeared in all subsequent games. He is the only cranky chicken in the series. He appears to be based on a medieval knight, wearing a helmet and a cavalier shirt, and having a medieval-themed house in Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. His name may come from Fort Knox, an American military base which houses gold, hence his gold helmet.
