Background

Running Man is the self proclaimed fastest man in the world a former short range runner who used to be a famous Barcelona Olympic runner. Due to a drug scandal his Olympic career was cut short and he became the sub-leader for the extremist terrorist group Les Enfants Terribles. He also spied on the SEK (German domestic anti-terrorism special forces) from within their ranks. Eventually he joined Zanzibar Land as an mercenary and he was in charge of guarding Card 3. Eventually he would come face to face with Solid Snake and despite his speed he was defeated and killed.
