Alignment: Chaotic Evil (the mansion itself is filled with animalistic and evil specimen who kill for their own selfish goals and reaosn, with Spooky herself trying to kill people tragically in order to build the most feared army with ghosts and monsters to fight back against all who called them cute and adorable)

Kardashev Level: Type 1, possibly Type 5 (Possibly able to harness the same energy as a universe based off its own limitless size)

Age: Unknown

Population: Over 2031 (This includes All the fatalities except Specimen 11's, all countable specimen on Cat-DOS, which would include the secret ones, Spooky and The Protagonist. The hell gate, uncountable amount of other monsters and scientists couldn't be accounted for, however the number should be much higher)

Attack Potency: Below Average Human (Specimen 1), Wall level with all other specimen (Specimen scale to Specimen 3's burrowing feat, with specimen such as Specimen 7 being able to one shot The Protagonist)

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight, Incorporeality, Weapon Usage and Penetration Damage (Physical; Spooky can use a Scythe and Bowie Knife), Immortality (Undead;Spooky is a ghost),Non-Euclidean Physiology (Spooky is Able to create and pass through impossible rooms such as doors having rooms while against an open stairway or doors leading to rooms that are bigger on the inside), Velocity Manipulation (Spooky can stop the player from sprinting), Metaphysics Manipulation and Sealing (The mansion was made to contain spirits, having first placed them inside dolls to contain them. Afterward, Spooky was just sealed into the mansion and given full control over it.
