Notable Techniques

• Hypontic Eyes: Looking directly into SCP-1529's eyes puts one into a hypontic state where they feel very wamr and comfortably, enticed to sit down and relax. Coming into eye contact will also eventually lower the body temperature of the victim giving them hypothermia and frostbite.
