Background
Samara is a nearly thousand-year-old asari justicar, a member of an ancient monastic order following a strict honor code. Though she is skilled with weapons, Samara usually relies on her powerful biotic abilities. Justicars rarely leave asari space, but Samara's pursuit of justice has brought her to Illium.

Attack Potency: Small Building level physically (Is physically comparable to Commander Shepard, who could trade blows with the Shadow Broker, who could smash a large metal table), Wall level+ with assault rifles and SMGs (Slugs fired by mass accelerator weaponry can reduce large chunks of rock wall to rubble in a couple dozen rounds as demonstrated by the YMIR mech), City Block level with biotically amplified punches (Comparable to Urdnot Wrex, who damaged a UT-47 Kodiak “Drop-Shuttle” to the point it’s rendered inoperable with a full-body charge. Similarly sized and older shuttles are able to shrug off physical strikes from Praetorians), City Block level+ with high explosive rounds/grenades (Can incinerate entire human sized masses), up to Town level+ with biotics (Biotics are shown to be powerful enough to completely halt the movements of the Human-Reaper via Stasis. An Asari soldier was more than capable of erecting a biotic barrier able to withstand multiple high explosives from a gun ship on Thessia. Biotics can also tank missiles capable of causing catastrophic damage to a Kett ship up to a possible maximum of this calculation as biotic energy can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes. Samara was confirmed to have the most destructive power out of any squadmate)

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Human Achievements, Genius Intelligence, Longevity (Asari can live over 1000 years), Telepathy (As an Asari, she is able to meld her mind with those of others in close proximity to her and exchange both thoughts and memories), Weapon Usage (Is a skilled markswoman and demolitionist), Forcefield Creation (Via Kinetic Barriers and Biotic Barriers), Energy Manipulation and Density Manipulation (Can manipulate dark energy to increase/decrease/fluctuate the mass of a given volume of space via mass effect fields created by her biotics), Telekinesis (Can move objects with her mind through mass lowering fields or root them in place with mass increasing fields via biotics), Energy Projection (Via Biotic Explosion and Warp), Matter Manipulation (Warp rips the opponent apart on a molecular level), Absorption (Via Reave), Resistance to Plasma Manipulation (Can survive limited exposure to venting plasma), Extreme Heat, Extreme Cold, High Pressure and Toxins (Is capable of operating in hazardous environments for a limited period of time. This has ranged from planets with a surface temperature of 351 degrees Celsius (albeit no atmosphere) and a surface temperature of 169 degrees Celsius and conditions resembling early Venus, planets with a surface temperature of -131 degrees Celsius, planets with an atmospheric pressure of 39.16 Earth Atmospheres, and planets with an ecosystem that induces anaphylactic shock in non-native organics that inhale it. She has been also been capable of fighting along the exterior of the Shadow Broker's ship where foes detached from the ship immediately go flying, and fight and move in the heretics' base which has little air or gravity. She can also survive the heat of the Collector base vents[1])

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (Samara is an exceptionally skilled and strong woman with over a thousand years of experience which has granted her immense wisdom and combat experience. She managed to pass her training in becoming a justicar, which by her own admission is a difficult one where many fail to survive. Justicars are warrior who have earned the ability to straddle between legal authority and religious authority and be above the law, with her assertions being enough for law-enforcers to follow. Samara was also confirmed to be strongest among Shepard's squad, which is due to her years of experience, biotic prowess, and marksmanship)
Standard Tactics: Samara will lead with overpowering her opponent with her biotics, likely to ragoll them with her telekinesis but she isn't opposed to tearing them apart on the molecular level or draining them of their health. Otherwise, she will blast them with her guns.
Weaknesses: Kinetic barriers are activated based on the speed of an attack. A melee attack is not fast enough to set it off. In addition, the shielding afforded by kinetic barriers does not protect against extremes of temperature, toxins, or radiation.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Throw: Tosses an enemy through the air with a biotic blast.
- Pull: Yanks an opponent off the ground, making them float helplessly in the air.
- Reave: Drains a target's health and disrupts their resistances, receiving increased damage protection while this power is in effect.
- Warp: Rips an enemy apart at a molecular level and stops the targeted enemy from regenerating health.
