Jack the Ripper is a tertiary antagonist in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood. Like his real life counterpart he is a infamous serial killer who murdered women in the streets of London at night. During one of his murders he would encounter Dio Brando, a Vampire who would mind control Jack and turn him into his Zombie servant. As a Zombie he would ambush Jonathan Joestar and hisfriends during their travel to Windknights Lot were he would be defeated by Jonathan.
Scalpels: Jack's main weapon of choice is his scalpels which he uses to cut up his opponents. During his battle with Will Anthonio Zeppeli and Jonathan Joestar, Jack hid scalpels within his flesh and by squeezing his muscles he was able to launch them at his opponents.

Medieval Pincer: After he escaped into a hidden room Jack used a medieval pincer to attack Jonathan Joestar.
Notable Techniques
Stealth Mastery: Jack used stealth to attack Jonathan Joestar while they were battling in a dark room. This resulting in Jonathan having to fight Jack in the dark in order to stay hidden during the fight.

Jack the Ripper's Japanese voice actor for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Amination, Naomi Kusumi, would later go on to voice Mansaku Nijimura in the third season of the anime.
