Background

Eugene Paul Patilio, Jr is the inexperienced vignette known as Leapfrog. After his suit was lit on fire by its boosters, he tried to sue its creator, Luke Jacobson with his attorney She-Hulk. During his trial he admitted to using jet fuel for his rocket boots, which he was not supposed to do, allowing Luke Jacobson and his attorney Matthew Murdock, also known as Daredevil, to win the case. After this Leapfrog kidnaped Luke Jacobson and tried to force him to remake his suit with She-Hulk and Daredevil coming to Luke's aid and stopping Leapfrog.

Thor just having a motivational speech from Peter Parker amplifies him to easily defeat M.Y.T.H.O.S., when he couldn't beat him beforehand. Conan noted that the human will can be greater than any physical strength, even sorcery. When Morlun was about to kill Spider-Man, he remembered his friends and family and got a resolve boost to start overpowering him. The Thing through his heart alone when he was about to turn back into Ben Grimm was able to beat The Hulk in one punch who he admitted was stronger then him. When Spider-Man in the first Sam Raimi movies loved ones are endangered Peter becomes far more powerful being capable of completely stomping someone who was previously stomping him.
