Background

Flippy is one of the main characters from Happy Tree Friends. He is a retired veteran soldier in the Army who fought in the Weaponized Animal Regiment (The W.A.R). As a result, Flippy suffers from severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). While his sane "good" side tends to be one of the kindest and more sociable of the Tree Friends, his insane "evil" side will emerge whenever he sees or hears something that reminds him of war or death. Once in his evil state (usually dubbed "Fliqpy"), he turns into a highly efficient killing machine, slaughtering everyone around him.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Regeneration (Low-Mid. Shown to be able to regenerate from all the grievous injuries done to himself), Resurrection (Happy Tree Friends characters are regularly killed off and return in the following episodes, Flippy included), Weapon Usage (Highly skilled with a wide variety of conventional weapons, and can use virtually anything as a lethal weapon or trap), Martial Arts (Highly skilled in hand to hand combat), Vehicular Mastery (Able to pilot his jeep and a helicopter), Berserk Mode (Whenever Flippy is reminded of anything of war, he becomes delusional and extremely aggressive, killing everyone in sight in the form of Fliqpy), Stealth Mastery (Able to camouflage himself to the point that he is virtually invisible), Afterimage Creation (Shown here), Resistance to Pain (Has been unfazed by being impaled and having limbs torn off), Extreme Heat (Withstands high temperatures and pressure that blows up Sniffles' head), Explosion Manipulation (Regularly tanks and survives explosions), and Electricity Manipulation (Survives being electrocuted)

Intelligence: Above Average (Both Flippy and Fliqpy are highly skilled in both armed and unarmed combat and are highly resourceful, Fliqpy in particular being able to set up traps from nothing but the materials around him in seconds and use virtually anything as a lethal weapon)

Standard Tactics: As Flippy, he will either choose to fight in hand to hand combat or use his army knife to fight his opponent. As Fliqpy, he will use any means to kill his opponents, either it be with hand to hand combat, any weapon he possesses, or taking advantage of the environment. He also doesn't shy away from maiming his opponents and turning their organs into weapons.

Weaknesses: Flippy is generally a pacifist who will not harm anyone unless absolutely necessary. Flippy suffers from severe PTSD from his service in the Weaponized Animal Regiment, to the point that he has developed a split personality known as Fliqpy to deal with his trauma. Fliqpy can be set off by anything remotely reminding him of war including things that look like weapons. If he is calmed down he will revert to Flippy.
