Yohko Mano is the titular protagonist of Devil Hunter Yohko (魔物ハンター妖子, lit. Mamono Hantā Yōko), an anime series created by Madhouse and produced by Toho.
Yohko comes from the Mano Family that has been banishing demons from Earth for centuries. Yohko's grandmother, Madoka, is the 107th Devil Hunter, and Yohko's mother, Sayoko, would have been the 108th, but a mishap occurs that ultimately falls to Yohko instead. Now as the 108th Devil Hunter, Yohko must face off against demons while trying to live her life as a boy-crazy schoolgirl.

Extrasensory Perception (Devil Hunters are able to see a demon's true form which is not visible to a normal person), Reactive Adaptation (In very dire situations even before becoming a Devil Hunter, Yohko is able to amplify herself and gain several abilities that allowed her to defeat a demon as it was drowning her), it also grants Aura (Shown here), Electricity Manipulation (Can induce an electricity based attack that was able to kill a demon), Power Nullification (Was able to negate the possessed principle's control over demons on her at the moment), and Aquatic Breathing (Is able to yell underwater in this state), Transformation, Cloth Manipulation and Statistics Amplification (With the Devil Hunter Ring, Yohko can transform herself which changes her clothing to be that of the Devil Hunters. Accelerated Development (Regarded the demons she has been killing to be more puny and it was acknowledged that she is getting stronger), Acrobatics (Is capable of doing very high jumps and multiple different flips during combat), Martial Arts (Is capable of hand to hand combat and can even contend with demons), Weapon Mastery (Is able to skillfully use her sword in combat and compete with demons with their own weapons), Summoning and Weapon Creation (Is able to summon and create her Soul Sword by concentrating all of the good within her), Telekinesis (Devil Hunters are able to use telekinesis to bring back their Soul Sword to their hand if it was launched away), Rage Power (While enraged, she was able to cut a demon's sword that normally contended with her Soul Sword casually and deal a lethal blow on them), Air Manipulation (Is capable of releasing a powerful wind that can send opponents away from them), Explosion Manipulation (As shown here), Power Nullification (Is able to nullify a demon's gas based attack that is used physically and can overpower humans), Regeneration Negation (Mid Low. Can negate a demon from regenerating by slashing it multiple times in succession preventing its regeneration and being able to kill it), Resistance to Corruption and Possession (Are unaffected by demons which corrupt or possess you which they can do on both humans and animals), Pain Manipulation (Can continue to fight normally even with multiple wounds from sharp weapons)
Standard Tactics: Yohko transforms with her Devil Hunter Ring and can fight both physically and with her soul sword which she can summon at any time.
Weaknesses: She cannot transform without her Devil Hunter Ring and is usually helpless without it. However, at times, she can awaken the true devil hunter within her to unleash power she doesn't normally in extremely dire situations that are seemingly unescapable.
