The Headman is a Level three Monster in R.E.P.O, and was the first monster created by the developers, even when it was formally known as Clean.

Headman was likely the Wealthy owner of the aptly named Headman Manor when he was alive. His grave can be found inside outside the manor.

The Headman is a giant floating head of a male with bright glowing eyes and thin white hair
