The Ruler is the playable character of Disney Dreamlight Valley. They are the ruler of Dreamlight Valley and must fix it due to an event known as the forgetting taking over the whole valley making the villagers run away to their relams and destroying houses and such.

It can enchant an object in order to allow the user to shapeshift, such as allowing Ariel to turn human.
