Background

Garou (ガロウ, Garō; Viz: Garo) is a villain, a martial arts prodigy, the self-proclaimed "Hero Hunter," and a major adversary of the Hero Association and Monster Association. He is a former disciple of Bang but was expelled from his dojo for going on a rampage. Because of his fascination with monsters, he is commonly called the "Human Monster." Sitch of the Hero Association views him as a grave threat to the organization despite being only a human.

Was were able to survive being ripped apart and a hole in his chest), Resurrection (To experience explosive growth, one must be on the brink of death and die than resurrect), Reactive Evolution and Adaptation (Shown to increase himself to blitzing and overpowering Superalloy Darkshine, who previously managed to break his entire ribcage, by breaking his limiter) Resistance to Power Nullification, Death Manipulation, Corruption, Biological Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Absorption and Fusionism (Broke his limiter, ignoring many of the effects doing so causes. One must conquer death to reach the next level of explosive growth. Limits are meant to be intrinsic limits placed on people. Too much power will transform people into monsters that are completely mindless. Growth is controlled as a means for people to not lose purpose with their limiters. Monsters are born from cellular reactions spawned from negative emotions. Phoenix Man became one with his suit upon becoming a monster as well. Pyskos resistde Orochi absorbing them into them and taking over their mind through sheer will)

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius in combat, Gifted otherwise (Garou has great knowledge in hand-to-hand combat and can analyze and memorize an opponent's fighting style and movements in only a few moments. He was also able to accurately predict the plans of both the Monster and Hero Associations by himself. Through observation, he learns of countermeasures for other people's fighting styles. Sometimes switches between fighting styles to keep his movement unpredictable or for his amusement. His mastery of martial arts enables him to attack his opponents as if "(They) were being cornered by dozens of martial artists at once" as described by Superalloy Darkshine, despite the two being roughly on the same level at the time of their fight and Darkshine being a reputable hand to hand combatant)

Weaknesses: Garou often withholds from using the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist martial art until he needs to, as it reminds him of Bang. Prone to intentionally prolonging fights to become stronger, typically letting enemies get serious. Tends to underestimate opponents once they are “defeated.” | None Notable | His adaptability can be overwhelmed with sufficient power if the gap is too high (Couldn’t keep up with a serious Saitama in the end). Adaptation can make him trade speed for more strength, turning him into a mindless monster.
