Background

Tooru (Tōru) is the main antagonist of JoJolion. He is Yasuho Hirose's ex-boyfriend from high school and a part-time worker at TG University Hospital. He is eventually revealed to be a Rock Human and a Stand user, wielding the calamity-causing Wonder Of U.

• Wonder of U: Tooru's stand, Wonder of U, takes on the disguise of an 89 year old man, Akefu Satoru. Akefu masquerades as the head doctor of the hospital he works at, and serves as a proxy to grant Tooru the respect he deserves when dealing with higher ups. However, any who cross his path will meet with an ill fate.
  • Calamity: Wonder of U has the power to manipulate the flow of calamity, meaning attacks will "bump into them." While Wonder of U's ability is active, targets will experience various instances of conflict which seemingly play out in the most devastating way imaginable. These calamities often involve an affected person repeatedly colliding with objects in their environment, resulting in far greater injury than is possible under normal circumstances.
