A sea witch so charismatic and conniving she could make you sign your life away, Ursula is a be-tentacled force to be reckoned with. Her ability to twist the hearts and minds of others is relentless, and can enslave nearly anyone in her dark covenant.

Binding Contract		Deals 400% damage to Ursula's current target. Ursula's target is inflicted with a Binding Contract for the remainder of the encounter, or until Ursula is defeated. Target is Rooted for 5 seconds.
Contract Fulfillment		Whenever an enemy inflicted with a Binding Contract is defeated, Ursula gains 100% Armor.
