~ Nathan to Count Dracula |
Background
Nathan Graves is the son of two powerful vampire hunters, who several years prior, had been slain in a battle against Count Dracula. A man who fought alongside the two and was the one to finally slay Dracula, Morris Baldwin, ended up adopting Nathan into his family and trained him alongside his own son, Hugh Baldwin.
Nathan and Hugh would grow up to be rivals, and would both contend with one another over who should inherit the Hunter Whip from Morris; with Hugh always coming out on top. During their coming of age ceremony, to Hugh’s shock, Nathan was chosen to hold the Hunter Whip.
Many years later, Nathan and the Baldwin’s found out that a woman named Camilla resurrected Count Dracula during an arcane ceremony. The three hunters travelled to the newly-recovered Dracula’s Castle, only to have Morris be kidnapped and Nathan and Hugh cast aside. Hugh instructed Nathan to go home and leave things to him, although Nathan refused and traversed Dracula’s Castle on his own.
As Nathan continued fighting his way through Dracula’s Castle, he came to the terrible truth that Hugh was manipulated by darkness into siding with Count Dracula. Nathan, having gained immense power on his quest through the Castle, was able to defeat Hugh and make him come to his senses.
At last, Nathan was able to make it into Dracula’s throne room and confront the Dark Lord himself. While Hugh rescued Morris and got him to safety, he entrusted Nathan to fighting Dracula. Much to the Dark Lord’s surprise, Nathan was able to strike him down and claim victory.
Nathan fled from Dracula’s Castle as it crumbled behind him, and made his way back to Morris and Hugh. With Morris able to recover his strength, Hugh and Nathan reconciled for their biter rivalry and became friends at last.
Codex Statistics
Tier: At least 2-C, likely Far Higher
Name: Nathan Graves
Origin: Castlevania
Sex: Male
Age: Unknown, looks around 20 years old
Classification: Vampire Hunter
Alignment: Neutral Good (Kind-hearted, Nathan will do whatever it takes to destroy the creatures of the night as quickly as possible, in order to preserve peace in the world. He will go as far as to fight his rival, Hugh Baldwin, when he stands in the way of saving the world)
Dimensionality: 3-D
Attack Potency: At least Universe level, likely Far Higher (Although Nathan takes place in an alternate timeline, we know the Castlevania multiverse is linked through Judgment, as Cornell appears in it despite also being from a separate timeline game; Thus, the characters should be similar in power between timelines. Nathan defeats 19th Century Count Dracula, who should be similar to main-timeline 19th Century Dracula; Dracula is above Galamoth, let alone the Time Reaper, who Galamoth controls. The Time Reaper was going to destroy the entire Castlevania Timeline)
Durability: Universal level (Could take hits from Dracula, who is above the Time Reaper; the Time Reaper's power was going to destroy the Castlevania Timeline)
Striking Strength: Universal Class
Lifting Strength: Unknown
Travel Speed: Superhuman (Should be superior to Leon Belmont, who was able to escape Walter's Castle by running from the top floor to the entrance, before the entire structure collapsed)
Attack Speed: Faster Than Light
Reaction Speed: Faster Than Light (Could outpace 19th Century Dracula, who should be superior to Main Timeline 15th Century Dracula, who generated a light beam. Should thus also scale to Trevor Belmont, who was able to outpace Nuculais, a being composed entirely of light. Should scale to Leon Belmont, who outpaced Medusa, who could produce beams from her eyes on several occasions; these beams were confirmed to be comprised of light. Should scale somewhat to Soma Cruz, who could outpace Paranoia; Paranoia can generate beams of energy from its hands, confirmed to be comprised of light. Defeating Death should put him about Count Olrox as well, who could generate a beam, which was confirmed to be light-based)
Stamina: Peak Human (Was able to invade Dracula’s castle, slay several monsters including a dragon and Death, overpower his rival Hugh Baldwin, and defeat Dracula himself, all without rest), far higher with Dash Boots (these boots are said to allow Nathan to sprint indefinitely)
Range: Standard Melee, Extended Melee with Hunter Whip, Tens of Meters with throwing knives and axes
Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius Intelligence in combat (Due to Dracula growing stronger with each resurrection, he should thus be more dangerous in Nathan’s time than Richter’s; meaning that Nathan should be similar to, if not superior to, Richter in combat. Nathan was trusted with the Hunter Whip over his experienced rival, Hugh Baldwin)
