Intelligence: Genius (While he is depicted to have low intelligence in school and is perceived as stupid by his friends, this is due to his lack of regard for academics and naievity for someone his age. Cartman is one of the most intelligent characters in the series who displays high cunning and strategic thinking and has planned complicated actions in advance, such as planning the death of Scott Tenorman’s parents in a very complex fashion. He knows how to speak foreign languages, is a talented ventriloquist, musciaian, inventor, and photographer, and understands enough about economics, politics and religions to manipulate them with little effort. He is a master manipulator and has gathered the masses, both his classmates and adults, without much effort and has manipulated others into doing whatever he wants, such as organizing an entire legion of middle-americans under the banner of Adolf Hitler and frequently takes the leadership role in his various agendas like the militarized “Ginger Kid” and “Coon and Friends”. He is also ambitious with a strong sense of entrepreneurship who has started more than one successful company, has almost conquered the world, accomplished time travel, murder people and get away with it, and has rubbed elbows with the world’s most famous people)

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, 4th Wall Awareness (Has shown himself aware of the fourth wall on occasion, such as being aware of the player in video games), Genius Intelligence, Preparation, Social Influencing, Regeneration, Cartoon Physics, Dimensional Storage (Is an occasioanl user of hammerspace, such as pulling out a large mallet out of nowhere), Broadway Force (Is capable of making others burst into song and dance), Weapon Usage (Has been able to weild a variety of weapons over the course of the series), Fragrance Manipulation and Fire Manipulation (Can eat enough spicy food to shoot fire farts)
Electricity Manipulation (Can generate electricity by cursing via the V-Chip. Has also carried around a stun baton and tasers), Fragrance Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, and Explosion Manipulation (His anal probe can blast fiery farts when its satellite malfunctions. He can also use a lighter to combine it with a hairspray to make a make shift flame thrower and makes a large blast of fire and ignite his farts for a powerful fiery gas explosion), limited Biological Manipulation (Can force people to defecate themselves by playing "The Brown Noise" with a flute), Explosion Manipulation (Via TNT sticks), Energy Projection (With a blaster, which fires bolts of plasma energy), Broadway Force (The Alien Dancing Gizmo shoots waves at someone that causes them to break out in sing and dance), Animal Manipulation, Transmutation, and Size Manipulation (Dr. Mephesto's Warpo Ray has three functions: shooting live piranha's at the opponent that horribly bite them, turning them into a cute fuzzy wood land critter, and shrinking them down), Water Manipulation (The Bubble Gun shoots small bubbles that encase enemies in giant bubbles that make them float away until the bubble pops), Dark Matter Manipulation (The Dark Matter Gun shoots a beam that upon hitting the enemy, it opens a small black hole-like vortex right next to them that sucks up the enemy and anyone else who's next to it), Time Manipulation (The Time slowing rod causes time around Cartman to slow down for a few seconds while he continues to move around normally), Forcefield Creation (Shield summons a green force field around Cartman)
