Atomsk

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Spaceflight (Travels all of space and grants those the empowers the ability to fly[1]), Energy Physiology (Atomsk is made of pure red energy[2], which is implied in later season to be N.O energy[3]), Size Manipulation & Shapeshifting (Atomsk can morph his size from the size of a human[4] to comparable sizes to earth[5]), Self-Sustenance (Type 1, 2, and 3. Due to his existence as energy, Atomsk doesn't require basic human needs), Power Bestowal (Can grant those who absorb him all of his power[6][7]), Regeneration (Low-High. Can be reduced to a liquidated state and reform[8]. Possibly Low-Godly. Even after being consumed by Haruko, Atomsk was still able to reform back into his original form[9]), Immortality (Type 3 and 6, can survive and regenerate from a puddle of his own corpse[10]), Gravity Manipulation & Deconstruction (Atomsk's sheer size can pull in people and objects[11][12] and tear anything that gets too close to pieces. When Haruko absorbed the power of Atomsk, she was split into two people[13]), Absorption (Can absorb destroyed matter into his body[14][15]), Light Manipulation (Formed a ring of light around Naota Nandaba when he reverted to his regular state[16]), Fusionism (When empowering Naota Nandaba, the two were able to fuse his and Atomsk's guitars, along with Haruko's, into a far more powerful guitar[17]), Possession (Atomsk possessed Canti throughout FLCL[18] and FLCL: Progressive[19]), Passive Forcefield Creation (Formed an invisible barrier around himself that blocked all of Haruko's attacks[20]), Invulnerability (Type 1. Haruko's attacks on Atomsk resulted in no visible damage of any kind[21]). Resistance to Mind Manipulation (To have a N.O Channel, one must have a strong control over their mind, otherwise they can overload and unleash too much energy causing them to fall into a deep slumber[22]), Radiation Manipulation, Biological Manipulation, and Gravity Manipulation (Can survive in space for extended periods of time)

N.O Powers

Mind Manipulation and Pseudo-Death Manipulation (To give somone a N.O Channel means to transform their brain into an interdimensional portal[23]. Those who can't open a N.O Portal die[24]), Portal Creation & Summoning (The N.O Channel turns the user's brain into a N.O portal[25] that can pull beings and items from interstellar distances[26]), Dimensional Travel (The N.O Channel is described as an interdimensional portal[27] that allows access to alternate realities[28]), Space-Time Manipulation (N.O Channels bend space-time when transporting objects[29]), Spatial Manipulation & Teleportation (N.O Channels can warp objects to its source upon being hit[30]), Accelerated Development (Passive; Physical Stats and Abilities. N.O Users become more powerful the more they have their N.O Channel to the point Haruko wanted the power to compete with Atomsk[31]. Everytime a N.O Channel is used by the user, the power of the summoned MM becomes stronger), Power Bestowal (If a N.O Channel user hits another person with their hand, the attacked target will gain a N.O Channel[32]), Immortality (Type 4 and 8. The power of N.O is implied to be able to resurrect those with a N.O Channel[33]. Characters note that hits from Haruko that should've been fatal to the victim aren't, and instead gain a N.O Channel[34], and those who can't open a N.O Channel die instead[35]), Deconstruction and Transmutation (Hidomi Hibajiri was able to completely dematerialize Ko Ide with her N.O Channel, and reduce him to a small voice box[36]), Vacuum Manipulation & BFR (Type 1 and 2. Hidomi Hibajiri sucked both Haruko and Julia into her N.O Channel, transporting them into an unknown area[37]. Kana Koumoto opened a N.O portal called the Naked Focal Point that sucked up Haruko and Medical Mechanica's iron and pins into a different reality[38]), Energy Manipulation (N.O Channels can be channeled into large quantities of contained energy[39]), Technological Manipulation and Power Modification (Can use N.O energy to fuse large objects together and weaponize them[40]). Resistance to Biological Manipulation and Mind Manipulation (Despite the N.O Channel transforming the brain into an interdimensional portal[41], it still requires the left and right hemispheres of the brain[42]), High Pain Tolerance (N.O Users can survive having MM robots far larger than them tear through their head), and Heat Manipulation & Plasma Manipulation (People can use their N.O Channel to pull in stars[43])
