Superhuman Physical characteristics, Penetration Damage and Natural Weaponry (Sharp teeth) Non-Euclidean Physiology (All Specimens are able to go through impossible rooms such as doors having rooms while against an open stairway or doors leading to rooms that are bigger on the inside), Incorporeal (Named ghost cow in the credits and only gets slain by the sword that can destroy the players soul) Creation and Spatial Manipulation (Created a maze of cages between 2 rooms that were connected to each other), Mind Manipulation and Possession (In its death screen, it states that it enters your mind and controls your hands and loosen your neck, with a secret word being "Forget" when all 1st letters of the 2nd words are put together. Is likely the one that caused many of the doctors to claim to forget things after doing horrible acts.)

All previous abilities, Flight (can float), Teleportation (Will teleport away to the closest entryway upon hit), Perception Manipulation (Creates a black fog that heavily obscures the opponent's view. Causes a ring of red close in and out on the players screen upon appearing), Resistance to Metaphysics Manipulation (Does not get killed by the sword that can kill incorporeal beings, only teleporting away from it now, unlike in Karamari where it can die from it)
