Background

Captain Falcon, also known by the non-canon name of Douglas Jay Falcon, is an F-Zero racer, a renowned intergalactic bounty hunter from Port Town and is the main protagonist of F-Zero. By the age of 36, Captain Falcon had built a reputation as one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy, one that has earned him many enemies. Falcon joined F-Zero, desiring to fuel his competitive drive, with his own machine, the Blue Falcon. During his long career, he has consistently thwarted the plans of Black Shadow and other evil forces, both on and off the Grand Prix circuits. Much of Falcon's past is shrouded in mystery.
