Background

Journey of the Prairie King is a top-down shooter minigame that can be played on one of the arcade machines in The Stardrop Saloon. Based on a real-life character, it follows the story of “The Prairie King” in his quest to retrieve the “Pure Heart”.

Powers and Stats

Tier: At least 9-B, likely 9-A, higher with upgrades and power-ups

Name: Unknown, Nicknamed “Cowboy” by the second boss and is called a “True Cowboy Hero” by the game developer

Origin: Journey of The Prairie King

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown, likely in his early to late 20’s-30’s

Classification: Cowboy, The Prairie King, Gunslinger

Attack Potency: At least Wall level, likely Small Building level (His regular gun can easily one-shot and cause armored monsters to burst into mush, with his upgraded variant capable of dealing even more damage. Likely scales to other monsters in Stardew Valley who can survive point blank explosions from Mega-Bombs, which do this much damage), higher with “Super Gun” (An upgraded variant of the regular “Gun” that can fire three shots at once in a spread pattern)

Dimensionality: 3-D

Travel Speed: Athletic Human, likely higher (Can easily outrun several hordes of monsters), higher with power-ups and upgrades

Combat Speed: At least Transonic (Carries a gun similar to a .45 Colt revolver, which can be fired at speeds anywhere between 343 m/s and 400 m/s), Higher with Power-Ups and Upgrades

Reaction Speed: At least Transonic (Views gunfire as relative to his own speed from other cowboys)

Lifting Strength: Unknown

Striking Strength: At least Wall Class, likely Small Building Class

Durability: At least Wall Level, likely Small Building Level (Should scale to other cowboys who tank numerous shots)

Stamina: Superhuman (Can fight off multiple hordes of monsters without showing any signs of fatigue)

Range: Hundreds of meters with “Gun”, higher with power-ups

Powers and Abilities:

Standard Equipment: Gun, Super Gun, Power-Ups (Coffee, Heavy Machine Gun, Screen Nuke, Shotgun, Smoke Bomb, Sheriff Badge, Tombstone, Wheel)

Intelligence: Gifted (Shown to be a remarkable marksman that can outskill and defeat the likes of other skilled cowboys and the final boss “Fector”)

Standard Tactics: The cowboy prefers to fight at a distance, and will use his power-ups if needed or if his opponent gets too close.

Weaknesses: Power-ups only last for a limited time

Note: As none of the power-ups are referenced by name in-game. They have been given names for the purpose of clarification.

Note 2: Since the character is stated to be based off of a real-life person that exists within the Stardew Valley universe, it’s likely that the monsters they’ve fought, likely scale to the Monsters that are found in Stardew Valley.
