Note: Please do not attempt to upgrade the Mob of the Dead cast to 7-B. While it is true they can fight Brutus, Brutus is only 7-B with Shadowman amps. And while he techinally had them during the events of Mob of the Dead, the gangsters themselves canonically die to 9-B zombies and the main point of the easter egg is them killing eachother with guns.
