Background
Sunny Starscout is the main character of My Little Pony: A New Generation. She is an earth-pony who grew up in a town that rebelled against and disliked all other races. Despite this, she found the good within others, and dreamt of uniting the three races.

Applejack can keep up with Rainbow Dash, who could do this, which she was going to replicate when she was a filly), Low Multiverse level, likely High Multiverse level with the magic crystals (When using it, Sunny was able to give magic to everything that lacked it[1], likely referring to every universe, of which there are infinite amounts of universes that have access to magic, which, while the reason for lack of magic is unknown, it should have also affected alternate universes such as the Human World[2] or 'Alternate Universe'[3], due to them being given magic before the events of the movie from the Elements of Harmony and then removed later via an unknown reason[4])

Weaknesses: The usage of the crystals in terms of magic is only limited upon it's usage of combat, due to her never showing the usage of it for an offensive attack, but it is noted that it can recreate, grant, manipulate, and use it's own magic, such as making Sunny into an artificial alicorn, granting her various abilities, and using it's magic to not only restore magic, but also use it as an omnidirectional wave to light up the sky.
