Background

Cocky, loud, and pretty sure he's indestructible, Francis acts like the zombie apocalypse is the world's biggest bar fight. When the virus hit, everybody else stockpiled food and looked for a place to hide. Francis found a gun and had some fun. No cops, no laws, no order—if it wasn't for all the zombies, he could almost get used to life like this.

The former could overpower an common infected even while under the effects of anesthesia and the latter could beat one to death with a paper towel dispenser), higher with firearms, Wall level with melee weapons (Can quickly kill Chargers. Chargers can plow through wooden walls), Wall level+, likely Small Building level with pipe bomb (It is this powerful going by its blast radius. A pipe bomb thrown by him has engulfed an entire attic)

Travel Speed: Athletic Human (He seemed confident in his ability to outrun a trained police officer), higher with Adrenalin Shot

Durability: Wall level+ (Comparable to Bill, who could survive a direct hit from a tank, although it left him on the brink of death. Another Tank was capable of destroying an helicopter)

Stamina: At least Peak Human (Comparable to Bill, who was capable of willing himself to not black out whilst under the effect of anesthesia and was implied to have fought off a horde of them while under these conditions. Along his fellow survivors, he regularly faces off against hundreds of zombies with next to no, if any rest inbetween)

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, possibly Superhuman Combat and Reaction Speed, Disease Manipulation (Francis is a carrier of the zombie virus. This means that he himself shows no symptoms of the virus, but is still infected by it and can transmit it over to others. A soldier with intel on the virus was afraid of Zoey interacting with him, as that would result in him getting infected and turning into a zombie; it is shown that this only takes a few moments), Explosion Manipulation (via Pipe Bomb and Explosive Ammunition), Fire Manipulation (via Molotov Cocktails and Incendiary Ammunition), Healing (via First Aid Kit, Pain Pils and Adrenalin Shot), Statistics Amplification (via Adrenalin Shot), Resurrection (via Defibrillator. Intelligence: Above Average (He managed to adapt to the zombie apocalypse extremely quickly and has figured out effective ways to combat the infected. Comparable to Zoey, who used to frequently practice at the police shooting range and was said to be a good shot)

Standard Tactics: Official media generally shows him wielding either the Pump Shotgun or the Auto Shotgun and when controlled by the AI, he usually chooses to wield these weapons as well; it can be assumed that those are his go-to weapons. Using healing items and throwables is in-character too.

Weaknesses: Though capable without them, he is still dependent on his fellow survivors and has even admitted that he would have died if he would have chosen to stay with the group he was a part of at the start of the apocalypse.
