Wang Chan is a secondary antagonist in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood were he serves his vampiric master Dio Brando. He was originally an illegal potion seller later turned zombie by Dio.

Early life
Very little is known about Wang Chan's early life with it only being mentioned he comes from a part in chain were fortune telling is popular. In 1880 he began selling poison to a young Dio Brando which he used to kill his father Dario Brando.
Phantom Blood
In 1888 Dio returned to Wang's potion shop for more poison to kill his foster father, George Joestar. However Dio's foster brother Jonathan Joestar figures out Dio's plot and with the help of Robert E.O. Speedwagon he locates Wang's shop. Wang would be arrested by the London police and would confess to the crime. Wang would be brought to the Joestar mansion and would witness Dio's arrest and his turn to vampirism. After the Joestar mansion was completely burned down wang would search the area for the the Stone Mask planning to sell it only to find it and Dio who would turn Wang into his zombie servant.
As Dio's servant Wang would take care of Dio while he was injured. Wang would witness Jack the Ripper's turn to zombification by the hands of Dio. Wang would be sent out to attack Jonathan during his Hamon training where he would be defeated. Wang would return to Dio and would inform his about Jonathan's use of Hamon. After Jonathan and his allies defeat Dio, Wang finds Dio as just a head and takes him away from the castle and would put him in a jar to carry him around. Following his masters wishes Wang would manage to sneak Dio onto the ship Jonathan and Erina were on and would infect one of the passages causing a zombie outbreak on board the vessel. After Jonathan was fatally injured by Dio Wang would be commanded to attack him but do to his carless he would be killed by Jonathan. Despite being killed the Hamon Wang's cells would start to go haywire and would be controlled by the Hamon cause Wang's corpse to grab on to the ship's paddle screw shaft which would cause the a pressure build up within the ship's pipes cause the vessel to explode which would completely destroy Wang's body.
Claw Gloves: Wang Chan used claw gloves when he tried to ambush Jonathan Joestar during his Hamon training.

Standard Tactics: Wang Chan will usually use his claw gloves to attack his opponents. If he doesn't have his claws he will try to attack his opponent head on regardless.

Background
Jack the Ripper is a tertiary antagonist in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood. Like his real life counterpart he is a infamous serial killer who murders women in the streets of London at night. During one of his murders he would encounter Dio Brando, a vampire who would mind control Jack and turn him into his zombie servant. As a zombie he would ambush Jonathan Joestar and hisfriends during their travel to Windknights Lot were he would be defeated by Jonathan.
Scalpels: Jack's main weapon of choice is his scalpels which he uses to cut up his opponents. During his battle with Will and Jonathan, Jack hid scalpels within his flesh and by squeezing his muscles he was able to launch them at his opponents.

Medieval Pincer: After he escape into a hidden room Jack used a medieval pincer to attack Jonathan Joestar.
Notable Techniques
Stealth Mastery: Jack used stealth to attack Jonathan Joestar while they were battling in a dark room. This resulting in Jonathan having to fight Jack in the dark in order to stay hidden during the fight.

Standard Tactics: Jack will usually try to ambush his opponents while using his scalpels and pain tolerance to his advantage.
Jack the Ripper was a real serial killer in London who was famously never caught by the police during his reign of terror.
Jack the Ripper's Japanese voice actor for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Amination, Naomi Kusumi, would later go on to voice Mansaku Nijimura in the third season of the anime.
Jack the Ripper's English voice actor for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Amination, Paul St. Peter, would later go on to also voice Dire and Wamuu in the later parts of the first season of the anime.

Bruford is a secondary antagonist in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood. He is a knight who originally he served Mary Stuart alongside Tarkus. He was killed by Elizbeth I when he gave his life to save Mary. However before he was killed he was shown that Mary had been killed and that he will die for nothing filling Bruford with rage against humanity. Three hundred years later he and Tarkus would be resurrected as zombies by Dio Brando who they would swear their loyalty to. Dio would command the two to battle Jonathan Joestar which would result in Jonathan using his Hamon to restore Bruford's humanity allowing him to die in peace.
Luck: Luck is Bruford's sword which he used to battle various knights three hundred years before Phantom blood. After being defeated by Jonathan Joestar, Bruford would give the sword to Jonathan as a parting gift.
Notable Techniques

Danse Macabre Hair: When Bruford was a human he learned how to control his hair as if it had muscles. Similar to the plant know as Mimosa Pudica, Bruford is able to grow and retract his hair by manipulating Turgor Pressure. This allowed Bruford to be the only person to complete the 77 Rings Challenge without a muscular build as he was able to carry the weigh of the rings on his hair. When Bruford was zombified he gained the ability to suck the blood of others through his air. Using his hair Bruford can attack his opponent as a way to distract them allowing him to strike his foe's blind spot. Bruford's hair is sharp it, being able to easily pierce skin along with being strong enough to restrain Hamon users like Jonathan Joestar.

Standard Tactics: Bruford will use his Danse Macabre Hair to attack his opponent either by using it as a third limb or as a way to restrain his opponent. When using his hair as a third limb Bruford will use his hair to grab his blade, Luck which he will use to attack his opponent.
Bruford's Danse Macabre Hair is likely named after the genre of of late-Medieval allegory of the same name.
Bruford's voice actor for the 2007 Phantom Blood movie, Toru Nara, would later become the Japanese voice actor for Nukesaku and Thunder McQueen in the anime adaptions of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean respectfully.
Bruford's Japanese voice actor, Kenjiro Tsuda, would later go on to voice Tizzano in the fourth season of the anime.

However before he was killed he was shown that Mary had been killed and that he will die for nothing filling Tarkus with rage against humanity. Three hundred years later he and Burford would be resurrected as zombies by Dio Brando who they would their swear loyalty to. Dio would command the two to battle Jonathan Joestar which would result in Tarkus killing Will Anthonio Zeppeli. However his victory would last shortly as Will would transfer the last of his Hamon to Jonathan who would easily overpower and kill Tarkus.
Sword: Tarkus wields a huge sword stated to make Jonathan Joestar's 195 centimeter frame took tiny in comparison to it. He is able to swing it at such a force that it generates wind.
Notable Techniques
Heaven Hell Snake Kill: An attack created by Tarkus used for Chain Neck Death Match fighting were Tarkus uses the chain around his neck to his advantage by jumping above the opponent which causes his chains to wrap around them, attacking them from both above and below with such force it bisects his opponent.

Standard Tactics: Tarkus will his his sword combined with his brute strength to attack his opponent.
