Background

Jeffery Woods, better known as Jeff the Killer, is the central figure of the popular horror creepypasta bearing his name. Originally, Jeff was just an ordinary kid adjusting to a new neighborhood with his family. However, a brutal encounter with three bullies—Randy, Keith, and Troy—set off a chain of events that led to his dark transformation.

This confrontation awakened something dormant within Jeff—a twisted sense of bloodlust and the desire to kill. During a violent brawl with the bullies, Jeff's growing rage culminated in him killing all three in self-defense. However, the conflict took a tragic turn when one of them lit Jeff on fire, leaving his body and face horrifically disfigured.

Scarred both physically and mentally, Jeff lost his sanity. Succumbing to his dark impulses, he turned against his own family, ultimately killing them before disappearing into the night as a serial killer, cementing his legacy as the "ominous unknown killer" who strikes terror in the hearts of those who hear his story.

• Attempting to Act as An Adult: Jeff attempts to act as an adult despite his young age, disliking the fact that his mom invited them to a kid's party when "I'm not some dumb kid".

• Care for Liu: Jeff cared greatly for Liu, going out of his way to fight three bullies just because they took Liu's wallet. When Liu took the blame for the attack on the bullies he kept begging Liu to let him go to juvie instead, and he was greatly depressed while Liu was gone.

• Need to Kill: Jeff has a want and drive to kill now with his sanity completely gone, wanting to kill one and tell them "Go to sleep".

Standard Tactics: Jeff usually utilizes basic street fighting along with a knife to kill his victims. He also likes to sneak up and hide so the victim cannot see them.

Trivia

• Contrary to popular belief, the famous creepypasta story is not made by the original creator of the character, Jeff the Killer, it was in actuality made by a creator called "Sesseur". In his version he notes that Jeff never had an incident with bullies or bleach, but he was hauling a gallon of acid into his bathroom to clean out his bathtub but slipped on a bar of soap and the acid splashed all over his face and he was taken to a hospital when the neighbors heard his cries, along with this he never murdered Liu or his parents. His name was also Jeffrey C. Hodek, not "Jeffrey Alan Woods".
