Bloodlust

Background
Bloodlust is a mental state characterized by the overwhelming desire for bloodshed and carnage. In this state, characters act without hesitation, empathy, or inhibition to kill or see their opponents killed. They will do anything to achieve this goal, including allowing themselves to be injured or sacrificing their own well-being in the process.
Unlike Berserk Mode, where a character may lose their capacity for rational thought, a character in a state of Bloodlust retains their cognitive faculties. They are not mindless or unable to think — rather, the only thing on their mind is causing bloodshed. Their focus narrows entirely to combat and killing, and they become single-minded in their pursuit of violence.
Characters who frequently enter states of Bloodlust are often experienced warriors or killers. The state is not simply a loss of control, but a focused and deliberate embrace of violence.
