- Yin Yang Disc- A disc that targets the closest racer. Can sometimes have two
- Yellow Frog- Stays on the track until a racer hits it, causing them to explode
- Blue Frog- Similar to the Yellow frog but it moves side to side
- Yellow star- Shoots out 3 stars forward, harming any racer on hit
- Blue star- shoots out 8 stars in 8 different directions, harming any racer on hit
- Bomb- Racers that get hit with this item stop instantly in their tracks
- Power- A speed boost. Can have sometimes get two or three at a time.
- Full Power- Only available in last place, it's a much faster version of Power that also surrounds the racer in energy balls which harm any racer that comes in contact
- Drift+- Improves the racers drift
- Talisman- Targets the racer in first, slowly descending down upon the player until contact that explodes the target
- Rainbow Discs- A Reimu exclusive item. Targets the closest player nearby and descends upon them quickly, harming them.
