He also exhibits a large number of fatal wounds that were both accidental and blatant whether inflicted on by himself or others. With SCP-138 having no scientific explanation for his continued living state, he does not regenerate damage but simply continues to function despite lethal injuries and anything that would completely destroy the body proves ineffective.
