~ Draco Malfoy to Harry Potter

Background

Draco Malfoy was a young wizard born to Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy in 1980. Born into the pure-blooded magical Malfoy family, Draco grew up extremely rich and pampered, believing himself to be of a higher status than those around him. Growing up, Draco was taught by his parents that those of half-blood, or no magical blood (Muggles), were far beneath him, which is a belief that turned Draco into a very snide boy.

Come 1991, at age 11, Draco was enrolled into Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry, in which he was sorted into the Slytherin House, much like his entire family before him. Very quickly, Draco grew into the bitter rival of his Gryffindor classmate, Harry Potter. The two would butt heads on several occasions, whether it be in dueling or broomstick flying.

As Draco grew older, he grew more disgusted by Hogwarts as a school, believing it to be a waste of time and a joke. Around the same time, the Dark Lord, Voldemort, made his grand return, and took over control of the Malfoy Manor. As one of the only underlings of Voldemort allowed into Hogwarts, Draco was given the incredibly daunting task of killing the school's headmaster, Albus Dumbledore.

Although Draco had given his allegiance to Voldemort, he was having immense regrets for what he was going to have to do, but pressed forwards regardless knowing that he would be killed if he didn't go through with it. Draco mended a special cabinet within Hogwarts known as the Vanishing Cabinet, which allowed for the Death Eaters to make it into Hogwarts.

With that, he and the Death Eaters finally confronted Dumbledore, although Draco found himself unable to take the headmaster's life. Severus Snape stepped in and finished the job for him, killing Dumbledore in front of Draco's eyes. A year passed, marking the beginning of the Battle of Hogwarts, in which Draco was forced to participate. After having his life saved by Harry, Draco decided to no longer served as Voldemort's slave, and left the battle with his father and mother.

With the Malfoy's having fled from the Battle of Hogwarts, Dumbledore's Army reigned victorious and killed Lord Voldemort. Finally free, Draco grew a respect for his former rivals, and was eventually able to find a loving wife. The two had a son, who they would enroll into Hogwarts, 19 years after Voldemort's death. At the Hogwarts Express, Draco spotted Harry, and gave him one final nod of respect.

Powers and Stats

Tier: 9-B, 8-A with magic

Name: Draco Lucius Malfoy

Origin: Harry Potter

Sex: Male

Age: 17 years old

Classification: Wizard, Quidditch Seeker, Slytherin Prefect, former Death Eater

Attack Potency: Wall level (Should be comparable to his durability), Multi-City Block level with magic (Should be comparable to the casual feats of powerful wizards such as; Lord Voldemort, who blew a hole in Azkaban; Gellert Grindelwald, who very casually covered Paris in banners; Dumbledore, who casually created a fog over London; and Credence Barebones, who, with a regular wand, broke part of a mountain)

Dimensionality: 3-D

Travel Speed: Athletic Human (Should be comparable to Harry Potter, who was claimed to be ‘very fast’ [1]), Massively Hypersonic while Apparating (Apparation has shown to bring users from the English Channel to Malfoy Manor, Apparition is a branch of magic that skilled wizards and witches can pull off, and there is not any big speed difference between them)

Combat Speed: Subsonic, possibly Massively Hypersonic

Reaction Speed: Subsonic (Can react comparably to Harry, who can react while flying his Firebolt), possibly Massively Hypersonic (Has duelled with Death Eaters in the same ballpark of speed as Voldemort; Voldemort has flown from Austria to the English Channel in a very short time, has created a lightning bolt which spread throughout the clouds, and should be comparable to other wizards, who have created objects that have been compared to shooting stars. Even if these aren’t truly shooting stars, they should be comparable in speed to be noticed at all in the atmosphere)

Lifting Strength: Class 5 with magic (Draco should be somewhat comparable to wizards such as Grindlewald, who could throw a car)

Striking Strength: Wall Class

Durability: Wall level (Comparable to Harry Potter, who survived being slammed through a brick wall by Nagini, and tanked a hit from a Hungarian Horntail’s tail, which can shatter stone), Multi-City Block level with magic (Draco’s defensive magic comes from the same origin as his offensive magic, which should make Shield Charms and his magic overall comparable to his more powerful spells)

Stamina: High (Draco is noted to be an extremely competent wizard, who can do a great many things without showings of fatigue. He was able to mend the Vanishing Cabinet and preform hexes on other students, all behind the backs of his professors, and constantly under tons of stress; and then was still able to participate in a prolonged duel with Harry Potter, in which he didn't appear fatigued before his defeat)

Range: Standard Melee Range physically, Tens of meters with his spells, at least Tens of Kilometers with Apparition

Powers and Abilities:

Magic, Human Achievements (Draco was able to find a way to get Death Eaters into Hogwarts, which was seen as an amazing achievement), Accelerated Development (Implied to be nearly as prodigious as Harry, who learned powerful spells that even some adults can’t perform, such as the Patronus Charm, in a short time), Teleportation (Draco can apparate, which is considered a form of teleportation), Non-Physical Interaction (Draco can interact with Dementors), Flight (With his Nimbus 2001 broomstick), Darkness Manipulation (Peruvian Instant Darkness Powder created a veil of darkness), Limited Resistance to Possession (Love in the Harry Potter series grants some resistances against possession, with Draco being described as the only Death Eater capable of love), Resistance to Telepathy (Draco is an Occlumen, to the proficiency that he could resist the Legilimency of people such as Severus Snape)
Summoning (Accio summons objects to the caster), Fire Manipulation (Incendio conjures flames), Water Manipulation (Aguamenti conjures a jet of water from the wand), Air Manipulation (Ventus summons a strong jet of spiraling wind), Transmutation (With Transfiguration), Empathic Manipulation (Practised Cheering Charms in the 3rd year, the Patronus Charm summons a projection of positive emotions), Sound Manipulation (Practised Silencing Charms), Existence Erasure (The Vanishing Charm causes organic and inorganic material to vanish into ‘non-being’), Deconstruction (The Reductor Curse can turn solid objects into dust), Forcefield Creation (With the Shield Charm), One Hit Kill (With multiple spells such as the Reductor Curse), Explosion Manipulation (Confringo and Expulso both create large explosions), Paralysis Inducement (Knows the Full-Body Bind Curse, which instantly paralyses victims), Light Manipulation (Lumos conjures light from his wand tip), Healing, Ice Manipulation (Can freeze targets with Glacius), Size Manipulation (Engorgio and Reducio both change the size of objects), Status Effect Inducement (Can stun, confuse and tickle people with certain spells), Telekinesis (Wingardium Leviosa levitates objects), Death Manipulation & Soul Manipulation (Draco can preform the Killing Curse, Avada Kedavra; this spell has destroyed the Horcrux inside Harry and was described as ripping Voldemort’s soul out of his body)

Standard Equipment: Wand, Nimbus 2001, Peruvian Instant Darkness Powder

Intelligence: Gifted (Draco is an extremely gifted student, noted even by Albus Dumbledore to be a genius. He was able to find a way to bring Death Eaters into Hogwarts behind everyone's backs, which was thought to be impossible. He is also of similar dueling skill as Harry and his friends, who can best Death Eaters with years of experience)

Weaknesses: Draco is extremely susceptible to cracking under pressure, which normally puts him in bad situations. The stress of him needing to kill Dumbledore led to him breaking down when the time actually came, and he was unable to finish the job.
