Background
Surprise-Attack Plum was a Mysterious Being who was monsterized after being arrested by the police. He was killed by Saitama.
Surprise-Attack Plum was arrested as a human for drug possession, which caused him to lose his job and his family. He became a monster to exact revenge on the police.
Surprise-Attack Plum begins attacking Z Police Station after shedding his delivery man's disguise, stating his hatred and assault on the Law is out of revenge for busting him earlier in his life. With the disaster, Chief Kuma must be dragged away from the questioning room to observe the threat. Surprise-Attack Plum is later killed by Saitama.

- Surprise-Attack Plum's design and shapeshifting ability makes him very similar to the popular Batman villain Clayface.
- "Kishū" is a homonym of surprise attack (奇襲, Kishū), and Japanese place name (紀州, Kishū). This is an area famous for production of the plums.
