A true officer of the law stands by her principles, no matter the circumstances.
~ Percy

Background

Percival "Percy" King is a young police detective. She spearheads the investigation over the Arsene Amulet burglary, which leads her to the backwater town of Redwood Run.

Her Epithet, "Parapet", allows her to instantly create miniature fantasy styled buildings that produce a variety of different effects, for example, an apothecary that heals physical wounds or a wizard tower that fires lightning magic.

Statistics

Tier: At least 9-C, higher with Parapet

Name: Percival King, Percy, Eyebrows (By Zora)

Origin: Epithet Erased

Sex: Female

Age: 29

Classification: Human, Inscribed, Epithet User, Police Detective

Dimensionality: 3-D

Attack Potency: At least Peak Human level (Can harm characters that can harm her), higher with Parapet (Can one-shot people with this ability)

Durability: At least Peak Human level (Bullets in the verse only deal minor impact damage)

Striking Strength: At least Peak Human Class

Lifting Strength: Regular Human

Travel Speed: Superhuman (Covered the distance of the forest in a short timeframe)

Combat Speed: Supersonic

Reaction Speed: Supersonic (Danced around hundreds of bullets)

Intelligence: Gifted (Percy is shown to be very skilled in wielding a sword, she has a vast knowledge of architecture, having her take architectural work as a side job)

Powers and Abilities

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Weapon Mastery (Skilled with her blade), Acrobatics (Naturally athletic), Accelerated Development (Continuous use of one's epithet will cause it to grow stronger), Aura (All epithet users have an aura around them), Consumption (Type 1. Can eat screws and drink from pinecones to regain stamina and health), Creation (Percy's epithet allows her to instantly create small buildings with a variety of different effects), Healing & Empathic Manipulation (Percy can create a little mushroom-hut apothecary that can heal injuries or calm someone within her range.), Magnetism Manipulation (Wizard Tower can exhibit electromagnetic fields capable of stopping bullets in the air), Electricity Manipulation (Percy can create a tiny castle tower with electricity coming out from the top which she can fire at command.), Statistics Amplification (Percy can create a small gazebo with an open flame in the middle. This can raise defenses.), Regeneration (High-Low. Recovers energy after winning a battle, restoring his broken bones. Possibly Mid-Godly. Molly Blyndeff has an ability named "Hushabye" which dumbs down the opponent to nothing. She later got attacked by bears and when asked if she could erase the bears, she states that they would just come back after the fight. Since everyone instantly regenerates right after a fight in verse, the characters themselves should be able to come back from existence erasure), Immortality (Type 6. Mera's bones breaking were viewed as -1 damage this doesn't only apply to Mera as she broke Sylvie's ribs. It is stated by word of god that everyone in Epithet Erased functions under JRPG mechanics so even attacks that are greatly above them and should kill them can't, for example being shot in the head will not kill them, they are even described as "extremely hard to kill"), Restoration (After battles characters injuries, statuses, etcetera are normally undone, including acts such as de-aging a character, being reverted), High Resistance to Pain (Characters in Epithet Erased are extremely hard to kill and can survive shots to the head along with taking attacks that break their bones without showing much harm from it), Age Manipulation (After a battle is over, affects such as Zora Salazar's ability to de-age a character, were reverted)

Standard Equipment

  • Sword: Standard issue sword she uses in conjunction with her epithet to shoot out lightning. She also uses the sword in regular combat.
  • Arsene Amulet (Episode 7): The Arsene Amulet is an ancient necklace that was imbued with the power for its user to steal epithets from others. It grants the user with the Epithet: Copycat. This is the epithet the amulet was imbued with, giving the amulet the ability to steal epithets from their users.

Notable Techniques

  • Parapet: Percy's epithet allows her to instantly create small (approximately 3 feet tall[1]) buildings with a variety of different effects, but the quality of the building depends on its foundation. The first time she was shown using her epithet was in season 1, episode 5- Redwood Run. However, her towers cannot be built on organic matter. [2]
    • Apothecary: Percy can create a little mushroom-hut apothecary that can heal injuries or calm someone within her range. However, it can not heal any mental injuries.
    • Wizard Tower: Percy can create a tiny castle tower with electricity coming out from the top which she can fire at command. They also can exhibit electromagnetic fields capable of stopping bullets in the air, when used in a pair.
      • Static Cling: A combo technique she performs with Ramsey, summoning as many Wizard Towers as possible to zap Ramsey (whilst he’s made of gold) while he's holding on to the opponent.
    • Forge: Percy can create a small gazebo with an open flame in the middle. This apparently has a positive effect on defense, but it has yet to be shown.

Other

Weaknesses: Apothecary can not heal mental injuries, the quality of her buildings depends on its foundation. Percy has a stamina stat of 1, making it very taxing to use her epithet repeatedly.
