Background
The Wither is an undead boss mob that floats and shoots explosive skulls at its enemies and is currently the only directly player-made hostile mob in the game.
The fight varies across Minecraft editions; it is much harder in Bedrock, which includes two times more health, new attacks, and animations to this boss and is fast-paced.
Their drops are a good amount of experience and the nether star, a crafting ingredient for beacons.
Statistics
Tier: Low 8-C

Classification: Wither, Undead, Skeleton, Soul, Monster
Dimensionality: 3-D

Reaction Speed: Superhuman
Lifting Strength: Class K (Stronger than an Enderman who can lift a cubic meter of gold)
Striking Strength: Small Building Class
Stamina: Limitless (As the Wither is an undead mob, it should naturally lack any form of stamina limitation. Can continue to fight and ravage the land for days)
Range: Tens of Meters with Explosion Manipulation, Higher with projectiles, Kilometers with Darkness Manipulation and Summoning
Intelligence: Mindless (Is an undead mob whose soul purpose is to kill any and all life in its field of sight)
Powers and Abilities
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight, Undead Physiology and Immortality (Type 7; Is classified as an undead mob), Aura, Forcefield Creation, Attack Reflection, and Invulnerability (Type 1; The Wither projects a blue aura around its body that makes it immune to projectiles. It also creates an aura around its body when spawning that makes it immune to all conventional damage), Darkness Manipulation, Necromancy, and Summoning (The Wither makes the sky and clouds dark when it spawns, causing hostile mobs to spawn and attack nearby targets. The Wither summons four Wither Skeletons midway through its battle), Durability Negation and Corrosion Inducement (The Wither can induce the Wither debuff to targets when hit with directly by its wither skull projectiles), Minor Plant Manipulation and Transmutation (Mobs killed by the Wither turn into Wither Roses which grant the wither effect to nearby targets), Non-Physical Interaction and Immortality Negation (Type 7; Can both interact and kill Vexes, along with various undead mobs), Resistance to BFR (Can't be forcibly teleported through the End Portal or a Nether Portal), Status Effect Inducement (The Wither is immune to all status effects in Minecraft [The exception being healing potions due to being an undead mob]), Poison Manipulation, Luck Manipulation, Invisibility, Statistics Reduction, Durability Negation, Corrosion Inducement, Density Manipulation, and Magic (Potions include all of these affects), Fire Manipulation, Extreme Heats, and Magma Manipulation (The Wither is immune to lava and is a resident of the Nether), Extreme Colds (Is immune to freezing damage from powdered snow)
Standard Equipment
- Wither Skeletons: The Wither will summon three Wither Skeletons midway through its fight to overwhelm targets. Like the Wither itself, these wither skeletons can inflict the wither effect on struck targets.
-
Wither Skeleton
Other
Standard Tactics: Before engaging in combat whatsoever, the Wither remains idol and Invincible for about ten seconds. Once at full health, a massive explosion triggers around it and the Wither begins to fire wither skulls at the nearest target. Upon taking a significant amount of damage, an aura will appear around the Wither preventing projectiles from damaging it. Furthermore, the Wither will summon approximately three wither skeletons to fight beside it.
Weaknesses: The Wither, being an undead mob, is weak to Potions of Healing, making healing-based abilities a major threat to it.
