“ | See that? Now THAT was a battle! LOOK AT THIS BLOOD? We humans are alive, even if we are assassins! It doesn't matter if its a videogame, movie, drama, anime, manga! WE'RE ALIVE! PEOPLE SHED BLOOD AND DIE. THIS ISN'T A GAME! You can't just selfishly use DEATH as your tool! This...is ALICE'S BLOOD! I bet you already forgot she existed! The same way you would've forgotten me! And THAT'S why I'm tearing down the UAA! | „ |

“ | People ask me, "What is the meaning of killing if you're risking your own life?" It doesn't 'mean' shit. It's about instinct, not meaning. That spark lights up in your brain. And that sweet, sweet dopamine starts to flow... | „ |

Background
Travis Touchdown is your average-self loathing, degenerate Otaku. As a child while mostly unclear, Travis was orphaned at a rather young age, he would lose both of his parents after his love interest/half-sister Jeane would murder both of them in cold blood. Seeking revenge, Travis would fortunately come across a smoking hot ranking agent and con-artist, Sylvia Christal. Sylvia would set up a challenge in which Travis would gladly accept. The gig, assassinate "The Drifter". Travis succeeds, which earns him rank 11 by the United Assassins Association, a governing body of assassins. Realizing that he has the opportunity to make it to the top, he sets out to secure himself the coveted position of becoming the number one assassin of the UAA. As he slowly ascended to the top. Travis slowly realizes his journey and his killing are meaningless and overall grows far more serious and less arrogant as his battle rein on and as his story progresses. Even after reaching the rank of number one, defeating both his siblings Jeane and Henry. He would ultimately settle down and give up the life of a passive Otaku Assassin. Leaving the UAA entirely.
Despite this, his fame and infamy throughout “Santa Destroy” would give him the title of “The Hero of Santa Destroy”. Gaining both a cult following, but also many enemies during this time. Which would soon lead into the events of “Desperate Struggles”. As both his close friend Bishop and his master “Lovikov”, were gunned down by the Mafia. All orchestrated by a mysterious, yet wealthy businessman. Jasper Batt Jr owner of the chain Pizzerias known as “Pizza Batt”. Who sought revenge, after Travis killed his relatives. These actions would push Travis out of hiding and join the rankings of the UAA. Angry, bloodlusted and desperate for revenge. Similar to how the events unfolded in No More Heroes 1, Travis slowly develops his character. From his both serious yet arrogant self, with zero moral qualms of killing. To outright enraged and bloodlusted by both the actions of the UAA and Jasper. After finally assassinating Jasper, would finally retire. Living his life in seclusion, in the middle of nowhere, never to be bothered again.
As seven years passed, Travis would come face to face with the consequences of his past. Shigeki Birkin, now going by the alias Badman, would hunt down his daughter's killer, “Travis Touchdown”. After a brief scuffle, the game console is known as Death Drive Mk.II which would warp the two inside the console itself, soon encountering the creator of this virtual world White Sheepman (Also known as Dr. Juvenile) acting as both the tutorial but also the central character and major antagonist of the story. Forced to cooperate, both Travis and Badman would begrudgingly work together. Eradicating entire hordes of digital bugs, defeating each game worlds bosses and collecting all six Death Balls in hopes to earn a wish, and resurrect Badgirl. In which both would partially succeed, reviving her but only as a dog (Due to one of the Death Drives being a pirated version). Travis would shortly find the legitimate and final “Death Ball” after retrieving it from Sylvia (Who at this point is married to Travis and is the mother of two children, forced on the run due to Travis’s massive bounty on his head), in which they would defeat Silver Case. Turning Badgirl back to her human form. As the final credits roll, it ends cutting back to Travis in a completely different area. In which Travis would remark to the player that both he and them are in “development”. Hinting at the upcoming game in the series “No More Heroes 3”. Which will take place two years prior to the events of No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again.

Attack Potency: At least Wall level (Can punch with enough force to destroy crates and with his "Beam Katana's" he can slice apart body parts and metallic door with little effort, and does this on more than one occasion. Casually one-shots the 11th Ranked Assassin Helter Skelter, defeated both Death Metal and his clones who should be vastly superior to Helter Skelter due to being a higher ranked, can block and deflect multiple explosive rounds from Dr. Peace can contend with Destroy Man who can do this with a simple punch, and can hit a baseball so hard, it did this), likely Room level (Superior to ranked assassins that can create explosions of such size such as Destroy Man and Holly Summers), Higher with the Tsubaki MK.II (With the added prongs, it deals 4x time the normal damage, compared to his other Beam Katana's) | At least City Block level (Comparable to Jeane who one shotted the number one assassin, could harm Henry whom his Mid-Game counterpart could one-shot Dr. Letz Shake and no-selled this explosion with no injuries), possibly Far Higher (Henry could one-shot Dr. Letz Shake who is stated by the developers that he is can produce an earthquake within the "20 Magnitude" range. However this is likely just a massive hyperbole), Higher with the Tsubaki MK.II | Country level (Superior to the likes of Cloe Walsh who can produce a scream so powerful it violently shook an entire island, destroyed a massive portion of prison island and caused a massive explosion. Defeated countless ranked assassins in his base who rank above Charlie McDonalds mech, who Travis with Glastonbury could throw into space, which would require this much force in order to do so. Was able to defeat the rank one assassins very own mech in his base form), Higher with the Peony (Far stronger than the Tsubaki MK.II)
Durability: At least Wall level (Tanked multiple point-blank explosions from lower ranked assassins. Can tank shots from Dr. Peace, survived hits from Destroyman who can do this with a simple punch), likely Room level (Can tank multiple point-blank missiles and other explosions which should comprable in size) | At least City Block level (Comparable to Henry who his Mid-Game self no selled a point-blank explosion) | Country level
Striking Strength: At least Wall Class, likely Room Class, Higher with the Tsubaki MK.II (With the added prongs, it deals 3x time the normal damage, compared to his other Beam Katana's) | At least City Block Class, possibly Far Higher, Higher with the Tsubaki MK.II | Country Class, Higher with the Peony (Far stronger than the Tsubaki MK.II)
Lifting Strength: At least Superhuman, likely Far Higher (Can casually suplex opponents of varying weight classes, leap great large distances casually, launched both Death Metals arms and "Orange II" beam katana with at high speeds, with little issue) | At least Superhuman, likely Far Higher (Comparable to Henry who can do this with little effort) | Class G (Can fight Jasper Batt Jr's mech, without the aid of Glastonbury)
Travel Speed: At least Superhuman (Shouldn't be any slower than Shinobu Jackobs who could move out of Travis's line of sight in seconds, Higher with Schpeltiger) | At least Superhuman (Should be far faster than before) | At least Superhuman (Far Faster than his previous self), Massively Hypersonic with Schpeltiger and Glastonbury (Can move at Mach 5858)
Attack Speed: At least At most Relativistic, likely Faster Than Light (Casually deflected multiple laser based projectiles from the lowest ranked assassin Helter Skelter, Can react to and dodge Destroymans "Destroy Beams" which are "particle cannons" and Destroy Buster) | At least At most Relativistic, likely Faster Than Light (Can intercept attacks from Speed Busters "Radioactive Based Particle Cannon", can keep pace with Henry and Jeane who are superior to the all ranked assassins below Travis) | At least At most Relativistic, likely Faster Than Light (Shouldn't be any slower compared to his NMH1 self. Can avoid getting hit by lasers from multiple high-ranking assassins on more than one occasion, comparable to Shinobu who kept pace with two stronger versions of Destroyman)
Reaction Speed: At least At most Relativistic, likely Faster Than Light (Can react to and dodge lasers from high-ranking assassins) | At least At most Relativistic, likely Faster Than Light (Faster than before, comparable to Henry and Jeane who could blitz assassins who rank below Travis) | At least At most Relativistic, likely Faster Than Light (Faster than his previous self)
Stamina: Very High (Can fight his way through multiple waves of enemies, get back up even after "dying", has a massive pain tolerance and rarely ever shows exhaustion even when fighting opponents within his league of strength. Able to shrug off or completely ignore powerful or even fatal attacks, under status afflictions, internal damage such as having his heart impaled, and extreme amounts of pain such as being violently electrocuted, even for long periods of time. or just completely ignoring being caught on fire multiple times. Swam from Japan to Texas. Superior to Uehara who is comparable to Ulti-Mondo, whom in his base form can absorb all of Davids and Moons Malice into himself, cut-up his arm and gets back up completely fine, outpaced even far superior characters such as The Eight Hearts and White Sheepman)
Range: Standard Melee, Extended Melee with Beam Katanas, Tens of Meters with Ranged Attacks and Skill Chips, at least kilometres with Glastonburry, at least Multi-Universal with The Death Drive MK.II and Death Balls
Intelligence: Above Average Intelligence normally, at least Genius Intelligence in combat (The conception of Travis having low intelligence is mostly untrue. Travis despite his crude nature, isn't dumb. The occasions he was tricked as seen his fights with Holly Summers and Destroyman. Were mostly due to the fact that he was completely unaware of Holly preparing traps before the fight, or his own honor getting in the way, which is why Destroyman was able to trick Travis twice. However, he quickly gets over this and was able to quickly adapt. Despite his attitude and arrogance, Travis always takes his battles seriously and always adapts on the fly. This adaptability, coupled with several years of combative experience and having formal training under several different "swords masters" and "pro wrestlers", allowed him to get as far as he did. Having fought and even outsmarting several powerful and unique opponents, that vary from other professional assassin, mixed martial artists genius superheroes with an IQ over 400, mad scientists, demolition experts expert marksmen, several different sword masters, deranged serial killers, mech pilots, ghosts, demons, and even White Sheepman/Dr. Juvenile. A Supergenius, who was able to create a console capable of altering time and space, storing entire multiverses. He was able operate both a spaceship, and can pilot The Glastonbury with little difficulty, is able to use other Beam Katanas with great amounts of skill and is able utilize both the Death Drive and Death Glove to its fullest extent)
Powers and Techniques
All previous abilities enhanced, plus Piloting (Can pilot Glastonbury perfectly, despite it being his first time using it), Stealth Mastery (Can sneak into Prison Island undetected), Chi Manipulation, Statistics Amplification, and Perception Manipulation (Travis's "Ecstasy", represents both his "excitement" and Ki, allowing him to increase his physical stats, slowing down his perception, and amplifying the power of his Peony Beam Katana), Summoning (Can summon Glastonbury), Non-Standard Interaction possibly Metaphysics Manipulation (Soul Manipulation; Can interact with and harm Matt Helms, who is a ghost)
All previous abilities, plus additional Statistics Amplification, Invulnerability (Type 1), Explosion Manipulation, and Energy Manipulation, Shapeshifting, Berserk Mode and Enhanced Senses (Is able to shapeshift into a Tiger, sharing all aspects of it)
All previous Resistances enhanced, plus Paralysis Inducement, Acid Manipulation and Poison Manipulation (Can resist Cloe Walshes Poison), Madness Manipulation (Can resist the screams of Cloe Walsh who cause anyone and anything who hears it, to go mad, Sleep Manipulation (Unaffected by Margret's singing, which can put someone 100 Yards away, into a coma for weeks), possibly Metaphysics Manipulation (Soul Manipulation; Can survive attacks from Matt Helms, who is a ghost)
Multiple unique physical moves, Attack Reflection (Can summon a reflective ball, that with each reflection increases it's Attack Power), Statistics Amplification (with Triple Crown, he can amplify his damage up to 3x), Transformation (Can turn into Travisman with the help Badman granting him Precognition and Light Manipulation and enhanced stats), Fire Manipulation and Explosion Manipulation (Can light his Beam Katana on fire, which can explode with every strike), Wish Granting (Can be granted at least one wish)
Equipment
Beam Katanas (Blood Berry, Tsubaki Models, Rose Nasty's and Peony), Schpeltiger (His bike), Glastonbury, The Death Drive MK.II, The Death Glove, The Death Balls
Notable Techniques
- Death Blow: A powerful finishing blow attack that can kill any normal goon with a single hit, (However stronger characters, such as the Ranked Assassins can survive several of these)
- Dark Side Mode: A sort of trance that Travis enters, after matching three slot icons following up a successful deathblow.
- Ecstasy Mode: After fighting for a while, Travis will get excited and have an adrenaline rush that enhances his strength and speed and slowing down his perception for a short period of time. (Unlike Dark Side Mode, he can use this technique at any time, and doesn't need to perform any specific move in order to do so)
- Suplexes: After stunning an enemy, Travis will perform a suplex. He can also do a lethal version of his suplex by throwing his beam katana in the air so that it will land on the floored enemy and stab them. Travis has many variations of the suplex. (Grab range increases, after learning "Technique of Affinity")
Other
Standard Tactics: Travis prefers to fight in close quarters (making heavy use of his "Beam Katana's" and multiple variants of Suplexs) But will use his haxs in tangent with his close quarter's abilities. Additionally, despite Travis's personality or emotional state. In combat Travis will always take his fights seriously. Killing or Incapacitating his opponents as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Weaknesses: Slightly Overconfident and can be fooled by typical cheap tricks (However he quickly learns to overcome this), needs to continuously recharge his Beam Katanas (Albeit it takes only a few seconds, and can be ignored with the "Tsubaki MK.III"). Water can cause his Beam Katanas to short circuit, violently electrocute Travis as a result. The effects of Darkside Mode are only temporary and can only be activated after performing a "Death Blow".
