Johnny Page
Background
Johnny Joestar is the seventh protagonist in the long running manga series Jojo's Bizzarre Adventure written and drawn by Mangaka Hirihiko Araki.
Statistics
Tier: 9-B | 9-C with ACT 1 | 9-C with ACT 2 | 9-C with ACT 3 | At least 9-C with ACT 4
Name: Jonathan "Johnny" Joestar
Classification: Human, Stand User, Genius Jockey, Spin User
Age: 19 (During Steel Ball Run), 29 (During Jojolion)
Dimensionality: 3-D
Origin: Jojo's Bizzarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run
Status: Deceased as of Jojolion.
Attack Potency: Peak Human on his own (Should be comparable to Gyro who was able to kick down a wooden door[1].) | Wall level with Tusk Act 1 (Can casually bisect a human body even slicing Benjamin Boomboom clean in half. This attack even sliced the ground beneath him as well.[2] Can shoot through a rock.[3]. His bullets are also able to piece through Diego Brando's skin as a dinosaur[4].) | At least Wall level with Tusk Act 2 (Is much stronger than the previous Act. Created a massive hole in a river bank which would require this much force[5]. Can blow a chunk out of a man's skull[6].)| (Insert Level here) with Tusk Act 3 | At least Wall level with Tusk Act 4 (Should be drastically stronger than the previous Acts. Was able to create a massive crater in the ground while punching Funny Valentine which would require this much energy to do.[7]) Can negate durability with the Infinite Rotation ().
Durability: At least Peak Human (Survived slamming into a wooden fence so hard that it broke.[8]. Should be at least comparable to Gyro who managed to survive a small explosion from Boku no Rhythm. Tanked being punched by an enraged Gyro[9], was hit by him a second time as well[10].)
Striking Strength: Peak Human (Should be comparable to Gyro who was able to kick down a wooden door[11].)
Lifting Strength: (Was noted by Gyro as having strong muscles in his upper body[12].)
Travel Speed: Below Average Human (Due to being paralysed from the waist down.) Athletic Human with his Paralysis cured. Superhuman with Slow Dancer (Slow Dancer is an Appaloosa Horse that can run this fast.) | Higher with Tusk Act 1 (Can roll forward with his nails[13].)
Combat Speed: Unknown on his own | Transonic with Tusk Act 1 (Bullets move at the exact same speed as Ringo Roadagain's handgun. Ringo carries a 1874 Colt which has a muzzle velocity of 270 m/s[14].)| Supersonic with Tusk Act 2 (Seemingly faster than the previous Act.)| Supersonic with Tusk Act 3 | At least Supersonic with Tusk Act 4 (Should be way faster than Tomb of the Boom which was able to casually block bullets. Tagged D4C who was able to fight evenly against Diego Brando, Diego was able to casually dodge Tusk Act 1[15] at this speed.)
Reaction Speed: Supersonic (Was able to dodge Stroheim's bullets at these speeds[16]. Should be at least comparable to Tomb of the Boom which was able to casually block bullets. Reacted to Diego's attacks while he was in his dinosaur, moving at such speed that he was creating afterimages[17].)
Stamina: Peak Human (Much like every other Joestar in the series Johnny has an extreme pain tolerance. He continued trying to get on a Horse after he had been continuously dragged across the ground by it for an entire day and night. Tanked having his veins burst in his head[18].)
Range: Tens of Metres with Tusk Act 1 (Stated to have a range of 10 metres[19]. | Higher with Tusk Act 2 (Was able to travel this far.) | with Tusk Act 3 | with Tusk Act 4, with Infinite Rotation
Intelligence: Genius (Much like every other Joestar in the series Johnny is very intelligent in combat being able to exploit the weaknesses of his opponents stand abilities. Is very perceptive to small details that would be unnoticeable for most people, such as when he knew that the sound of rainfall had changed[20]. There was also when he was able to deduce that a girl was not only alone but also had a visual impairment[21]. Even in a scenario where he's under extreme anxiety Johnny has been shown to be a quick learner, like when he managed to understand the Golden Rectangle and activated Tusk Act 2 when he was under attack by "Soundman" while Gyro was in critical condition.)
Explanations
- The famous feat of Tusk Act 4 moving through Alternate Universe Diego Brando's Time Stop may look like an impressive feat, with even a little bit of scrutiny it falls apart. On the very same page the feat occurs Diego explains Act 4 being able to do this is because of how it can control Gravity.
- This is consistent since Pucci manages to very similar Jotaro in the final battle of Stone Ocean using C-Moon.
- It should be noted that this scene shows that Tusk can act independently from Johnny since he seems to be frozen by the Time Stop. This makes Johnny being slower than Tusk sound reasonable.
- This is consistent since Pucci manages to very similar Jotaro in the final battle of Stone Ocean using C-Moon.
- D4C feat here
- While a lot of the abilities mentioned in the "Innate Stand Abilities" section below are something that Johnny has the potential to do with Tusk there are many that he has never been shown to use. For example, Tusk has never been shown to phase or change its size at will. So these arguments cannot be used in a debate.
Powers and Abilities
Limited Resistance to Transmutation with the Corpse Part (The Corpse Part slowed down Scary Monster's transmutation ability[25])
Notable Techniques
- Tusk Act 1: While it does not often manifest itself like other stands in the series, Tusk has the appearance of a small pink floating creature that is decorated with stars across its body with it being based on an axolotl. It has been shown some level of sentience as its been able to write messages on Johnny's arm [31]. However despite this it only really imbues Johnny the ability to fire his nail bullets.
- Nail Bullets: Johnny's signature form of attack. By imbuing the spin onto his nails he can fire them like bullets whether from his fingers or his toes. These have been consistently shown to be comparable to real bullets and are far stronger than them being able to easily slice off limbs and destroy boulders. They have a range of around 10 metres. Unlike Tusk's further evolutions it has infinite bullets.
- Tusk Act 2: Act 2 moves away from the animal appearance and steps in the direction of looking more like a machine while keeping the same size. However it manifests even less than Act 1.
- Golden Rectangle Bullets: This became Johnny's most used Act throughout the rest of the part. By amplifying his nails with the Spin according to the property of the Golden Rectangle it greatly enhances his shots by making them spin like an axis. As such the power of these shots are drastically increased being able to blow holes into river banks. It allows Johnny to do mundane tasks like eating spaghetti and even brush his teeth. However it comes with the cost that he can only fire one nail per finger before needing to recharge which can take up to a minute with chamomile tea being able to speed up the process[32]. Famously it creates bullet holes that can move across surfaces and automatically follow opponents for 7 to 8 seconds at a time. Famously can make these holes move towards the opponents heart and firing allowing in most scenarios for an instant kill[33].
- Tusk Act 3:
- Spatial Wormhole:
- Tusk Act 4:
- Infinite Rotation:
Standard Equipment
Slow Dancer: Slow Dancer is an 11 year old Apaloosa horse that serves as Johnny's loyal stead. While it was originally described as having a very twisted personality that was believed to be untameable. Even purposefully trampling Johnny when he attempted to first saddle it. However it warms up to Johnny even licking his face when he was injured. It has been shown to be very obedient to Johnny following complex commands without fault [34].
Herbal Tea: Johnny discovered that herbal tea specifically chamomile tea helps accelerate the rate in which his nails grow back after he fires them in ACT 2.
Optional Equipment
Handgun: At the start of the race Johnny brought a handgun with him to protect himself. However he stops using it after acquiring his stand. Because Nail Bullets are much more useful than a regular gun its very unlikely that Johnny would actually use this in a fight.
Gyro's Steel Balls: When Gyro has been injured and taken out of a fight Johnny has been shown to use his steel balls. As shown in the Silent Way arc. Most usefully after Gyro had died in their battle against Funny Valentine, Johnny used his steel balls on Slow Dancer to gain access to ACT 4.
Axe: Johnny has only used this weapon once during the part in the Silent Way arc. With the axe he was able to smash through a wooden door.

Background
Statistics
Origin: My Hero Academia
Age: 14 years old [1], 15 years old [2]
Classification Human, Hero-in-Training, Wielder of One for All, Student of Class 1-A
Dimensionality: 3-D
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Status: Alive
Attack Potency: At least Wall level (Should be comparable to his own durability. Due to his body accepting One for All's power proves he is stronger than Phantom Thief who had to use another Quirk for him not to have his limbs explode from his body[3].), City Block level at 5% (Was able to casually kick through a massive amount of steel[4].), Island level with 100% (His strength is stated numerous times to be equal to that of a Wounded All Might who when overexerting himself was able to punch a villain so hard that he changed the weather resulting in this amount of energy[5].)
Travel Speed: Atheltic Human (Without the use of his Quirk he was able to run 50 metres in 7.02 seconds[6].), Superhuman at 5% (Should be able to move at similar speeds to Bakugo using his explosions to propel himself at these speeds[7].), Massively Hypersonic at 100% (Stated by Shigaraki to move as fast as a Wounded All Might[8], All Might was able to jump from the Might Tower to the Tokyo Egg in a few seconds resulting in these levels of speeds[9].)
Combat Speed: At least Supersonic (While slower than Dark Shadow he should be at least comparable to it since Creati reacted to its attacks; Dark Shadow while weakened by light blocked Kaminari's Indiscriminate Shock resulting in this level of speed[10].), Hypersonic with 5% (Increases his speed from his base form. Was able to casually dodge a volley of bullets from a close range resulting in these speeds[11].) Massively Hypersonic at 100% (Stated by Shigaraki to move as fast as a Wounded All Might[12] putting him at speeds comparable to Star and Stripe who was able to block lasers at these speeds[13].)
Reaction Speed: At least Supersonic (While slower than Dark Shadow he should be at least comparable to it since Creati reacted to its attacks; Dark Shadow while weakened by light blocked Kaminari's Indiscriminate Shock resulting in this level of speed[14].), Hypersonic with 5% (Increases his speed from his base form. Was able to casually dodge a volley of bullets from a close range resulting in these speeds[15].), Massively Hypersonic at 100% (Stated by Shigaraki to move as fast as a Wounded All Might[16] putting him at speeds comparable to Star and Stripe who was able to block lasers at these speeds.)
Durability: City Block level (The landmines used in the U.A Sports Festival are directly stated to be non-lethal despite being able to exert this much energy. Tanked being pushed off a cliff with the rest of his classmates and was completely fine [17]. At least comparable to Mineta who survived being punched by a Villain Bot[18] that can casually smash through walls[19]. Due to his body accepting One for All's power proves he is stronger than Phantom Thief who had to use another Quirk for him not to have his limbs explode from his body[20] Not only survived a massive block of steel slamming into him but also from kicking through it. He also survived being sandwiched between two of these blocks of steel and was fine (See explanations). He and Bakugo survived being hit by a massive shockwave created by All Might with this much force behind it [21].), at most Multi-City Block level (While using Bakugo's Grenade Bracier he was able to survive the recoil of the explosion it created however it should be noted that the recoil hurt Deku's shoulder [22] so this should be treated as his absolute limit.), Island level with the Full Gauntlet (The Full Gauntlet is immensely durable allowing Deku to use his full power without the risk of hurting himself[23].)
Striking Strength: At least Wall Class, City Block Class at 5%, Island Class at 100%
Lifting Strength: Class 5 (Managed to move a massive amount of rubbish and pile them up, including a pick-up truck[24]. Was able to carry a chunk of a Villain Bot which should weigh this much[25].), Class G at 100% (He and All Might were not only able to destroy a gigantic steel cube but completely stop it in its place. A block that weighed this much[26].)
Origin: My Hero Academia
Age: 16 years old
Classification Human, Licensed Hero, Wielder of One for All, Student of Class 1-A
Dimensionality: 3-D
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Status: Alive
Attack Potency: At least Wall level+ (Through training he has become stronger than he was before), City Block level at 5%, At most Town level at 8% (Was able to punch Bakugo in the face so hard that he bled from his nose, who was able to tank his own point-blank explosion[27]. Because Bakugo was going all out in this fight the explosion should be comparable to when he destroyed a massive steel cube resulting in this level of power[28]. Is later speculated to be as strong or even stronger than Bakugo.), At most City level at 20% (Using his St. Louis Smash he was able to create a tornado with this much energy[29]. Was able to harm a villain who had previously tanked the Howitzer Impact without issue, this same attack was capable of exploding with this much energy[30]. ), Island level at 100% (Along with a One for All enhanced Bakugo was able to blow away a massive storm created by Nine, the energy needed to do this is this much[31]. Easily overpowered a transformed Overhaul and even sent him flying into the air with a kick[32]. By the end of the arc he was able to fight evenly with a[33] post-surgery Shigaraki, causing immense damage to him with his punches. While Endeavor compares Shigaraki's power to that of All Might[34], it is later stated by Dr Garaki that he is not quite there[35]. However this should mean that Shigaraki is at least very close to being as close as All Might in power so Deku should be at least equal in power to him or even moreso.), Higher with Iron Soles (Designed to absorb the impact of his attacks and redistribute the kinetic energy back out to increase the power of impact[36].), Higher while enraged (Was able to easily tear through Shigaraki's Rivet Stab with absolute ease even doing it with his teeth[37].)
Travel Speed: Athletic Human (Should be faster after training), Superhuman at 5%, Higher with 8% (His speed increased allowing him casually move at[38] speeds where he looks like a blur.), Supersonic at 20% (Was not too much slower than Endeavor who was moving before sound could reach them[39]), At least Supersonic+ (Obviously faster than 20%, but in this state he is also moving faster than Bakugo who was previously keeping up with his 20%[40].), Massively Hypersonic at 100%
Combat Speed: At least Supersonic (Through training he should be faster than he was before. Caught a surprise attack from Shinso at these speeds[41].) Massively Hypersonic with 5% (During his fight against Katsuki Bakugo he was able to not only fight evenly[42] with him[43] but also dodge his explosions at near point-blank range[44] to do this he would need to move this fast.), Higher with 8% (Once again improves his speed to the point where Bakugo was not able to dodge his attack with the only way to avoid the impact was to block[45].), Higher with 20% (Created a tornado with the sheer speed of his kick.), Higher with 30%, Far Higher with 100%
Reaction Speed: At least Supersonic (Through training he should be faster than he was before. Caught a surprise attack from Shinso at these speeds[46].) Massively Hypersonic with 5% (During his fight against Katsuki Bakugo he was able to not only fight evenly[47] with him[48] but also dodge his explosions at near point-blank range[49] to do this he would need to move this fast.), Higher with 8%, Higher with 20%, Far Higher with 100%
Durability: City level (Because of intensive training he has become durable to enough to tank more recoil to the point where he can harness 20% without fear of causing himself injury.) at most Island level (While dispersing the storm with Bakugo other than spurting blood he was majorly uninjured from the recoil. Tanked being elbowed in the stomach by Shigaraki however it causes him to cough up blood[50]. While he is not as injured by using 100% it still puts an immense amount of stress on his body to the point where he needs to use Black Whip to keep his arms together[51].) and with Iron Soles (Remains undamaged when Deku uses his full strength)
Striking Strength: At least Wall Class+, City Block Class at 5%, Town Class at 8%, City Class at 100%, Higher with Iron Soles, Higher while enraged
Lifting Strength: Class 5 (Due to frequent training he should be stronger than before. Should be comparable to Hitoshi Shinso who was able to rip out steel pipes using his Capture Weapon[52].), Class 10 at 8% (Was able to catch a steel beam and hold it over his head with one hand.), Class K with Blackwhip (Pulled multiple Villain Bots into the air with ease.), Higher at 20%, Class G at 100%
Origin: My Hero Academia
Age: 16 years old
Classification Human, Licensed Hero, Wielder of One for All, Student of Class 1-A
Dimensionality: 3-D

Notable Techniques
- Full Cowling: While Midoriya received training to better receive One for All's power he still can't use its full power without injury to himself. However he has worked around this weakness through limiting the amount of One for All's power flowing through his body in a technique called Full Cowling. Through constant training Deku is able to use at most 45% of One for All's power without injuring himself with 30% being his normal output.

Explanations
- While it is stated that 5% only grants Deku a slight increase in power[60] it is not consistent with the gap in power shown between base form and 5%. Since 5% Deku smashing through the steel pillar is massively higher than anything he has shown or reasonably should to be able to accomplish in his base form.
- While Full Cowling amplifies the strength of Deku it has never been shown to actually amplify his durabilty. Since Deku's body doesn't get wounded by using any of the percentages of Full Cowling it makes sense that his durability would match the highest these percentages can exert.
- Despite it's name the 1,000,000% Delaware Detroit Smash does not actually allow Deku to access 1,000,000% of his power. As stated by Kohei Horikoshi this was "just a way expressing Izuku's intense emotions and energy"[61]. While it is likely that Deku went over 100% as it is shown that One for All[62] users can do this[63] but 1,000,000% is simply ridiculous.
