Background

Lio Fotia is the false antagonist and later deuteragonist of the 2019 studio Trigger movie, Promare. Lio is the leader of the alleged terrorist group Mad Burnish, who fights on behalf of the group of people known as Burnish who manipulates the flames born by mutation and uncontrolled fiery rage. Contrary to his cool appearance, Lio manipulates a special flame, Burnish Flare, and burns everything he can.

As long as Lio's flames continue to burn, he can regenerate his body, even if it were to turn to ash), Martial Arts, Weapon Usage (Profiecient with arrows and swords), Vehicular Mastery ([Can pilot a motercyle and mechs), Acrobatics, Fire Manipulation (Can control flames potent enough to burn into outerspace and burn through Absolute Zero), Rage Power and Empowerment (Empowered by flames, meaning the more he burns, the more powerful he becomes), Flight (His flames allow him to fly), Explosion Manipulation (His flames could ignite a volcano), Density Manipulation and Creation (Can solidfy his flame to make objects of his choice such as arrows, swords, dragons, a throne, and motercycle), Breath Attack (His dragons can shoot fire breaths), Technological Manipulation (Could alter Deus X Machina and Lio de Galon's structures to better suite the fight against Krazor-X), Teleportation and Dimensional Travel (The average Burnish can teleport at short distances at the cost of harming themself.
