Background

The Empress Bulblax is a boss in Pikmin 2. It is plausible that this creature can mate with the Emperor Bulblax. The Empress Bulblax most closely resembles a regular Red Bulborb whose behind has swollen beyond regular proportions.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Small Size (Small Animal Sized; The Empress Bulblax easily tower over Olimar and Louie), Natural Weaponry and Penetration Damage (Physical Penetration; Has saber-like teeth which are used for cracking the exoskeletons of prey and can use its body as a crushing force), Organic Manipulation and Accelerated Development (Genetic Application; The Empress Bulblax can reproduce bulborb larva at a rapid pace, allowing them to defend themselves in combat more easily), Camouflage (Their spotty-backs allow them to appear as cave mushrooms when they are hunting or hibernating in dark caverns), Consumption (The Empress Bulblax species can eat several Pikmin and eat items far larger than themselves), Regeneration (Low. Can heal overtime from swarm attacks).
