New Cindy
New Cindy is an animatronic featured in Five Nights at Candy's 2. She never shows up during the nights themselves in her original state and only appears in the minigames and the Extras menu. Though her withered version first becomes active on the first night and, with the exception of Nights 6 and 8, appears throughout the rest of the game. She also appears in the game's second teaser.
Her withered self is an aged, malfunctioning version of New Cindy.

Unlike the previous Cindy model that's possessing the soul of one of the two kids to die in the factory, this one possesses no soul and was what replaced the old Cindy model. It tries to attack Marylin Schmidt for several nights but fails. It presumably is destroyed with the rest of the factory during the fire. |
Appearance
General Description: New Cindy is a purple cat animatronic with a white face and belly. She looks like the original Cindy but with a few changes.
Standard Form: Brown-orange eyes. Two pink cheeks. Wears a reddish-pink bowtie. Her joints no longer clip into her suit parts. She has smoother feet. Her two previously sharp teeth are no longer sharp. She appears to be made of plastic. She has four fingers (including thumbs) on each hand and three toes on each foot.
Withered New Cindy: Appears to be the least damaged of all the withered animatronics. She is missing an eyeball, her left cheek, and the coverings of her left leg, right arm, and right side. She has a purple hue and a white front, with a rosy bow tie and cheek.
Goals
- Kill the Marylin Schmidt (Failed).

Equipment
Animatronic Hamburger
As the place is called "Candy's Burger and Fries" the main object for Cindy is an Animatronic Hamburger.
Notable Techniques
Jumpscare
New Cindy effectively sneak attacks Marylin Schmidt.
They quick attack which likely in-universe catches Marylin off guard before grabbing and killing them.
Other
Standard Tactics
She makes her first appearance on the first night and behaves similarly to Withered Blank and Withered New Candy. She wanders from room to room and occasionally appears in the Central Hall, where the player must use the Phone to draw her into another room.
Weaknesses
- Standard Animatronic Weaknesses: If it hits 6 AM, the animatronic no longer targets and resorts to its daytime functions[14]. They can be lured away by the sound of phone calls[13].
- Unique Weaknesses: Their body is withered and decaying.
Trivia
- In her teaser, brightening the image revealed the text "The Cat will return," which most likely refers to The Cat.
- New Cindy appears in the intro of the Five Nights at Candy's 2 trailer, which seems to be a commercial advertising Candy's Burgers and Fries. She is performing on stage with her brother, waving at children.
- Because of her and New Candy's different appearance from the original Candy and Cindy, some people believed the game was actually a prequel to Five Nights at Candy's 1. This was disproven upon the game's release as a newspaper reveals the game takes place in 2007.
