There are only three S.T.A.R.S. members left now. Captain Wesker, Barry, and myself. We don't know where Chris is.
~ Jill
Wesker... you're PATHETIC.
~ Jill
It's okay. He's alive. I just know...
~ Jill
It's dangerous going alone. I'll come with you.
~ Jill
That's why having S.T.A.R.S. nosing about is so inconvenient.
~ Jill
So you're a slave of Umbrella now, along with these virus monsters.
~ Jill

Jill: Oh, Barry!

Barry: That was too close! You were almost a Jill sandwich.

Jill: You're right! Barry, thanks for saving my life.

It all began as an ordinary day in September... An ordinary day in Raccoon City, a city controlled by Umbrella. No one dared to opposed them... and that lack of strength would ultimately lead to their destruction. I suppose they had to suffer the consequences for their actions, but there would be no forgiveness. If only they had the courage to fight. It’s true once the wheels of justice began to turn, nothing can stop them. Nothing. It was Raccoon City’s last chance... and my last chance... My last escape.
~ Jill
You want S.T.A.R.S? I'll give you S.T.A.R.S!
~ Jill to Nemesis
That’s it. Umbrella’s going down.

That’s it. Umbrella’s going down.
~ Jill

We have to let the world know what happened.
~ Jill

And that's all she wrote for the Zenobia.
~ Jill
The storm is gone now, but how long will it last?
~ Jill
Hard to believe that was eight years ago. I guess I am getting older.
~ Jill
"Moonlight Sonata"... I remember the last time I played this.
~ Jill
You sure know how to keep a girl waiting.
~ Jill
I couldn't control my actions, oh, but God, I was still aware. Forgive me.
~ Jill
I'm alright! You need to stop him! Chris! You're the only one who can! Before it's too late. Don't you trust your partner?
~ Jill
You're right. Let's go see if we can help them.
~ Jill
Innocent people are being poisoned and used as weapons. Whoever is doing that has no soul and if we want to stop them, we can't afford to think about numb or souls or any of that shit... at least I can't.
~ Jill
You'd kill everyone because you feel guilty for killing your friend? Deal with it yourself, asshole!
~ Jill

Codex Statistics

Key: Pre-Raccoon City Incident | Post-Raccoon City Incident | Kijuju Autonomous Zone Incident (P30)

Key Information

  • Pre-Raccoon City Incident: Any events that take place prior to Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, as Jill was far less experienced in fighting against bioweapons while being clearly depicted as weaker/less skillful. A notable examples is when Jill is knocked out by a single hit from Lisa Trevor and Tyrant-002 in the first game, while in the third game she can take a beating from Nemesis, an enemy that's considered to be more powerful than the previously listed B.O.W.s. She's also capable of physically harming enemies such as the Hunters in later entries, an enemy who can easily overpower Jill within the first game. She's also able to survive a point-blank explosion and harm enemies who can also survive them, something that instantly killed her in the first game. This primarily covers her information during the first game's Mansion Incident, with some information being before that.
  • Post-Raccoon City Incident: Any events that take place during and after Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, currently at Resident Evil: Death Island. Jill after the Mansion Incident has shown a larger improvement in skill and strength, with her job now taking care of terrorists who threaten the world with various viruses/infections. Jill, alongside other characters, are more depicted as superhumans enganging in fast pace combat in comparison to her initial slower approach towards threats.
  • Kijuju Autonomous Zone Incident (P30): This in particular refers to Jill in Resident Evil 5 during the main campaign. She was injected with a drug known as P30, which enhances her strength, but caused her to be controlled by Wesker.

Tier: 9-C. 9-B to 9-A with weapons | 9-B, Higher with weapons. 9-A with the Rocket Launcher & Missiles | 9-B, Higher with weapons

Cardinality: Finite

Dimensionality: 3-D

Attack Potency: Peak Human level (Jill as a member of S.T.A.R.S. should rank her above an average officer as they are an elite special forces. Can physically kill zombies and crush their skulls with a single stomp. Zombies can overpower other officers). Wall level (Her basic handgun can destroy doors, stone statues, drawers, chunks of roads and metal. Can fire grenades with her grenade launcher or throw hand grenades) to Room level with weapons (Rocket Launchers can one-shot El Gigante, who are larger than rooms and can smash through the ground to pick up large boulders. Her rocket launcher can one-shot the Tyrant T-002, who can casually break through a stone ceiling. It can also one-shot a Super Tyrant, a more powerful Tyrant-T03, which can easily break through stone ceilings and walls | Wall level (Pushed Nemesis through stone rails. Can easily kick a zombie's head off[1] and snap their necks. Kicked off a door off its hinges. Can harm various B.O.W.s; such as Hunters, who can break down doors and should be superior to Crimson Heads who can do the same. Can harm bosses such as the Scagdead, who can survive closeby explosves. Contended with zombies that were physically enhanced with a new T-Virus, which allowed them to break through a floor with their stomps. Able to gain the upperhand and harm Leon S. Kennedy, who took several hits from María Gómez, the latter of who can bend metal and break part of a concrete pillar. Should be comparable to her durability), Higher with weapons. Room level with the Rocket Launcher & Missiles (Rocket Launchers can one-shot giant B.O.W.s, and create large explosions) | Wall level (After gaining enhanced strength from the P30, Jill is able to overpower both Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar. The former is able to push a boulder with his punches, and survive a casual kick from Wesker which dented a metal door and sent it flying), Higher with weapons

Durability: Peak Human level | Wall level (Survived the inside of an explosion that blew out two doors. Survived being inside of a train crash. Comparable to Carlos, who can survive a close explosion by Nemesis' rocket while being fatigued prior. Took a hit from Nemesis, who is superior to previous Tyrants which can break through stone ceilings and walls. Nemesis is also given the same parasite as Lisa Trevor, who can destroy stone statues. Took a hit from casual Wesker, who can dent a metal door and send it flying. Survived a swing from Dylan's mutated form, which can break through shipping containers) | Wall level (Can take hits from Chris and Sheva)

Striking Strength: Peak Human Class | Wall Class | Wall Class

Lifting Strength: Peak Human (Can push a large stone block) | Superhuman (Can push Nemesis. Ripped down a steel gate while underwater with a pipe) | Superhuman (Stronger than before)

Travel Speed: Peak Human (Can outrun the Cerberus, which can run up to 27 miles an hour) | Peak Human | Peak Human

Combat Speed: Peak Human (Can kill infected wasps using a knife, which fly around 19 miles an hour) | Supersonic (Can hit Chris, who can dodge bullets from Wesker) | Supersonic (Able to hit Chris)

Reaction Speed: Peak Human (Can shoot a Cerberus as it runs towards them, in which they can run 27 miles an hour. Dodged an attack from a great white shark. Reacted to and took Barry's gun when he was about to point it at her) | Supersonic (Can dodge a close by detonation from Nemesis' rockets. Avoided gunfire from Nicholi. Dodged a rocket shot from a helicopter. Comparable to Carlos, who dodged an explosion from a close distance. Dodged gunfire twice from Sheva. Note that the P30 only enhances strength, not speed. Comparable to Chris Redfield, who can dodge bullets from Wesker) | Supersonic (Can dodge gunfire)

Stamina: Peak Human (Went through all of Spencer's mansion, its courtyard, its nearby homes, guardhouse, and underground lab while fighting dozens of enemies within overnight. Should be superior to Rebecca Chambers, who on top of staying up for the mentioned events, was also awake and having a similar event happen to her as she went on to fight hoards of enemies) | Superhuman (Can stay up for long periods of time fighting various monsters and B.O.W.s without taking breaks. Should be comparable to Chris Redfield, who traveled across Africa for over two days while fighting hoards of infected enemies. Should also be comparable to Carlos who was likely awake for three days during the events of the third game) | Superhuman

Range: Standard Melee Range through hand to hand and melee weapons, Several Meters to Hundreds of Meters with explosives, guns, and missiles

Intelligence: Genius (Jill's intellegence is one of her defining features through the series. Prior to the events of the first game, Jill was formerly part of the U.S. Army Delta Force as an operator, someone who uses both assaulters and snipers during their missions at least in her early 20s. During her time, Jill has developed skills such as being the main person for breaking in areas due to her expertise in lockpicking. She's also gained the skill in how to dispose bombs. She's also knowledgable in playing the piano. Jill's expertize allowed her to be the first woman to join the Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.), an elite special force that employed ex-military personnel and academic experts for appropriate positions within the police department. This led to Jill eventually needing to deal with Umbrella Corporation's various B.O.W.s, who unlike other members, was one of the few that was able to survive rhe incident. During her time, Jill was able to go through and solve all of the mansion's various puzzles that were intended to keep secrets and hidden items lost while fighting various enemies on her own. Some of which required her to brew a speical chemical to weaken a modified super plant due to her prior knowledge on chemcials/drugs, or find ways to hack into the Umbrella labs. Jill is skilled in using a large variety of weapons, including guns, explosives, and knives. Her shooting skills are noted be exceptional, as she's able to get in headshots from long distances while in a moving helicopter, accurately shoot at enemies while her partner in closeby, and dual wiels pistols while scoring in headshots. She can kill physically enhanced zombies on her own with just a knife. Outside of weaponry, Jill is no stranger when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. She's capable of disarming other S.T.A.R.S. members while unguarded, able to release herself out of a chokehold, fight underwater, avoid attacks from stronger enemies, have an advantage in a fight against other trained soldiers such as Leon S. Kennedy, and can escape various grabs from different types of monsters larger than herself. With seemingly no prior experience, she's able to work out the control system of a large ship. Can accurately get the exact weight of a machine designed to only open if the precise weight is applied)

Powers and Techniques

Peak Human, Human Achievements (Jill is a member of S.T.A.R.S., which is an elite special forces. Can play the piano. Is good at using a lockpick and at disposing bombs), Superhuman Precision (Can kill infected wasps using a knife, which fly around 19 miles an hour), Martial Arts (Should likely have experience in hand to hand. Easily disarmed Barry's weapon), Weapon Usage (Jill as a member of S.T.A.R.S. is skilled at using an assortment of weapons. Such as a Survival Knife, Hand Gun, Dagger, Self-defense Gun, Magnum Revolver, Shotgun, Assault Shotgun Grenade Launcher, Stun Gun, Submachine Gun, and Rocket Launcher)
Healing (Can use Green Herbs to recover health. Mixing a Green Herb with a Red Herb creates a G+R, which can fully restore Jill's health. Mixing three Green Herbs to create a G+G+G can also fully recover health, as well as a First Aid Spray), Purification (Material Purification; Blue Herbs can cure Jill from poison. Can be mixed with Green Herbs to also heal alongside curing poison. Has access to a serum, which can cure poison from giant snakes like Yawn), Fire Manipulation (Has access to a lighter. Can use a fuel canteen to burn someone completely alongside the lighter. The Grenade Launcher can fire Incendiary Shells which can burn enemies), Poison Manipulation (Has access to herbicide and V-JOLT, which can be used to kill various plants. Can use insecticide to kill bugs), Explosion Manipulation (Can use a Signal Rocket. Has access to a Grenade Launcher, which can fire Grenade Shells. Can fire rockets with the Rocket Launcher), Electricity Manipulation (Can shock enemies with the Stun Gun), Acid Manipulation (The Grenade Launcher can fire Acid Shells to melt enemies)

Same as before, Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Weapon Usage (Can now additionally use a Mine Thrower and an Assault Rifle), Longevity (Jill being infected by the T-Virus caused her aging process to heavily slow down, which is why she kept her appearance from 1998), Pain Tolerance (Can fight with Nemesis after being impaled and infected), possibly Regeneration (Low; Seems to have regenerated the hole on her shoulder given to her by Nemesis), Acrobatics (Dodged a laser grid. Can preform a mid-air flip and land properly. Can kick flip enemies). Resistance to Disease Manipulation/Zombification & Organic Manipulation (Jill was infected by Nemesis with the t-Virus, however she was given a vaccine by Carlos that cured her for the most part and gave her an active immunity)

Healing (Can use Green Herbs, First Aid Sprays, and First Aid Boxes to heal herself), Purification (Material Purification; Can cure herself from poison with Blue Herbs), Explosion Manipulation (Can use her Grenade Launcher to fire Grenade Shells. Has access to a Mine Thrower, which has explosive rounds that detonate whenever an enemy is nearby or can be shot at directly), Acid Manipulation (The Grenade Launcher can fire Acid Rounds to melt enemies), Fire Manipulation (The Grenade Launcher can fire Flame Rounds, which can burn enemies. Has access to a lighter, which she can use alongside the lighter oil to refill it), Ice Manipulation (The Grenade Launcher can fire Freeze Rounds to freeze enemies, which causes them to break apart easily), Construction (Can create ammo for her guns and explosive rounds for her grenade launcher with the Reloading Tool), Electricity Manipulation (With the Stun Gun)

Notable Techniques

Other

Standard Tactics: Jill normally opts for using whatever long ranged weapon she has, typically a pistol for her is easy to grab and quick to use. If given the chance, she will resort to using a stronger weapon to inflict more damage, especially when her opponent is considered deadly. If forced up close, Jill will use both her knife and various kicks to keep the enemy away from her.

Weaknesses: Has limited ammunition. | Same as before. | Same as before. Will try to resist fighting if faced against familiar faces such as Chris Redfield. The P30 device can be removed, which will weaken her as the drug doesn't last long unless it's continuously injected.
