Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Water Manipulation (Isaac's primary method of attacking is by using his tears as a projectile), Curtain Fire (Isaac can fire many rounds of tears in a circular pattern. Can fill up an entire room full of beams of light), Summoning (Capable of summoning Angelic Babies. If Isaac lacks a Familiar, Lilith's Box of Friends will summon a Demon Baby), Light Manipulation (Isaac can fire multiple beams of light), Flight (Can grow a pair of angel wings to fly with, or his demon wings as Azazel. Can also fly as The Lost or as the Forgotten's Spirit), Teleportation (Can teleport at will during battle), Immortality (Ageless; Due to Isaac already being a ghost as The Lost, he cannot age naturally. Regenerative Immortality; Isaac can lose his entire body and have it recovered via The Hanged Man. If dead, Isaac can always have a new body replace it when dying, leaving his old one to recreate a new one. Supernatural Survivability; Isaac is capable of being stabbed through any fatal organs, bleed out constantly, burn himself, rip off limbs that include his head, allow eggs to be planted inside of him, remove his heart from his body, rip off all of his skin, and more without hindering him. Undead; Isaac is already dead through beings such as The Lost being Isaac's spirit, The Forgotten being Isaac's skeleton along with his contained soul, and The Keeper, along with ???, being Isaac's dead corpse. Reliance [Reincarnation Cycle]; Due to Isaac being stuck in Hell, he's forced to forever gain a new body after he dies. Even if he's a skeleton or ghost, Isaac will still regain his body back. Extra Replacements; Isaac can have multiple bodies to use if his current one dies as he will always gain a new one after death. His dead bodies are also capable of being used through versions such as The Keeper, The Lost, or The Forgotten. Limbo; Isaac is simultaneously alive while also being dead through ???, The Lost, The Forgotten, and The Keeper. Isaac can co-exist with any of these versions of himself), Resurrection (Isaac can resurrect himself when dying, being reborn as Eden. He can also gain a new body if his old ones were to die. Eve's Razor Blade can increase his strength by cutting himself with it), Animal Manipulation (Eve's Dead Bird will have a bird attack all enemies if damaged). Rage Power (Samson's Bloody Lust will allow him to deal more damage whenever he's hit, up to six times), Probability Manipulation (Samson's Child Heart will increase the chance of him finding a heart), Teleportation (Azazel's The Fool card teleports him to his starting point), Blood Manipulation (Lazarus's Anemic leaves a trail of blood whenever damaged, which hurts anyone that steps on it), Erasure (Meta-Physical Erasure; The Lost's Eternal D6 has a 25% chance to erase an item, including souls), Forcefield Creation (The Lost's Holy Mantle allows it to suffer a single hit without taking any damage), Mimicry (Lilith's Incubus will replicate any effect and damage Isaac can do to attack), Void Manipulation & Absorption (Apollyon's Void will absorb any item. Items that have passive abilities will give Isaac a random stat boost. Items that must be activated in order to be used will allow the Void to use every activated item all at once), Fire Manipulation (Bethany's Book of Virtues summons wisps that burns enemies when touching them), Power Modification (Bethany's Book of Virtues will change the power of the wisps depending on what active item he is holding)
